“Not bad. Decent value. Not very secure.”
+Very clean. Nice bathroom. Nice kitchen. Friendly people.
−I didn't love the the lack of security. Rooms aren't lockable and the house keys are very accessible. I was not comfortable leaving any valuables in the room especially as the neighbourhood was pretty rough. Even just a lock on the room doors would have made a difference. The bed also wasn't particularly comfortable.

−"I had a mixed experience during my stay, as the house, while generally clean, had several significant issues that affected my comfort and security. 1. Privacy & Security: While the absence of locks on the bedroom and bathroom doors was mentioned somewhere in the listing, it’s still a major concern for shared accommodation. The lack of basic privacy and personal security features does not meet the reasonable expectations most guests would have. 2 .Key Accessibility: Another issue was that the keys to the property were left in an unlocked state on the front porch, both day and night. This raised concerns about the security of the house and the safety of guests. My pair of keys was broken and that brought up a whole new level of issues that caused disruption with the house owner. 3 .Kitchen Facilities: The kitchen was equipped with only the bare minimum of utensils, which made cooking difficult. As someone who enjoys preparing meals while traveling, this was an inconvenience that I feel should have been better communicated beforehand. 4. Air Conditioning & Privacy: The lack of air conditioning in the bedrooms (only in the living room area) made the rooms uncomfortably warm. In additi

−No instructions re accessing the property when requested. No in-house information on how to link into wifi. Hard to know if toiletries were provided as advertised. Were the ones in the shower for shared use?

+Nice quiet surroundings with a very big room. House is so clean and has all the facilities within the premises. Good value for money. The host is very friendly and allowed us to check in earlier as well. Nice place.
−Nothing much to say. Only concern was the locks on the doors. Apart from that everything was nice. Even host assured she would keep our valuables with her if we need a protection.
