“I stayed onky because i booked it because of misleading advertising and i cannot cancel when i came”

−Advertising misleading. Person booking i did not see. Agressive comunication. Zero customer satisfaction. I would not recommend for anyone. I would not go there. Broken room . Dangerous surroundings. Agresive comunication and zero cooperation. Please do not offer this. It did not look any as on the pictures.

“Horrible outside but comfy and modern inside”

−I didnt like the location. Didnt look safe and also very messy. Also the inside of the building was messy and dirty. But the rooms is another thing look clean and modern.

+la vasca idromassaggio in camera
−bisognerebbe segnalare l'assenza dell'ascensore perché è stata una brutta sorpresa arrivare la sera e farsi 4 piani a piedi, dato che la camera aveva la vasca idromassaggio dovrebbe essere dato anche un tappetino perché purtroppo gli schizzi d'acqua sono inevitabili ma comunque anche per la doccia servirebbe un tappetino, non c'erano gli asciugamani per il bidet. il palazzo fatiscente molto brutto.

“Mala comunicación y edificio en malas condiciones”
+Sin opcion para desayuno, solo hay una maquina de cafe y golosinas para comprar.
−Nuestra experiencia no fue la mejor. Al llegar, no teníamos ninguna indicación sobre cómo ingresar al edificio, y el anfitrión no respondía las llamadas. Pudimos entrar solo porque otra persona abrió la puerta. Después de varios intentos, el anfitrión finalmente respondió y nos dio un código para entrar a la suite, ubicada en el cuarto piso sin ascensor. Esto fue muy complicado para mi abuela, ya que nunca nos avisaron de esta situación. El edificio está en muy malas condiciones, viejo y descuidado. Además, el código para la puerta no funcionaba correctamente y nos llevó varios intentos ingresar. La habitación en sí es linda, amplia y con balcón, pero la atención y la falta de comunicación dejan mucho que desear.

“Dobry pobyt w ciekawym mieście”
+Pokój w dobrej cenie i bardzo korzystnej lokalizacji- bliskość Placu Garibaldi to największa zaleta. Ładnie wykończony, czysty, sprawia wrażenie nowego. Zamykany na kod. Świetny i bezproblemowy kontakt z Właścicielem - przez WhatsApp (jednak wolałbym by komunikacja realizowana była przez aplikację Booking, gdy rezerwuję także przez Booking).
−Jakość klatki schodowej, kamienicy i ogólnie okolicy pozostawia wiele do życzenia (stary, budynek z sypiącym się tynkiem), ale oczywiście rozumiem, że nie na wszystko ma się wpływ. Są pewne małe kwestie, którymi Właściciel może znacząco polepszyć pobyt w pokoju - choćby zapewniając czajnik elektryczny w pokoju, sztućce (choćby jednorazowe) i kubek na szczoteczkę do zębów w łazience.

“카드 키를 고쳐놓고 열쇠를 건들지 말라고 하던가..”
+좋았던점은 별로 없어요
−일단 카드키가 망가져서 스페어 열쇠를 찾는데 애먹었어요 심지어 그 열쇠를 건들면 안되는 열쇠라고 이야기하더라구요 본인이 순겨놓은건지 뭔지 여튼 카드키가 안되서 다른방사람이 와서 도와줬는데도 안되더라구요 카드키가 되지 않는상태에서 열쇠도 건들지 말라고 하는데 짜증나고 대답하기도 싫더라구요 엘레베이터따윈없고 실제로 한 6층높이를 캐리어 들고 올라가야합니다
