“It was good 20 years ago but time stooped there since...”
+The breakfast was nice. The pools and sunbeds were good. They've added the waterpark since the last time I was there that is a good touch. They remodeled the restaurant so it looked nice.
−The hotel is old and nothing new in it the last 20 years. Food was bad. There were a lot of options but low on quality and a lot of things were recycled, for example the grilled calamari from dinner was in salad for lunch, the chicken drumsticks that were leftovers from dinner were dipped in chilli sauce for lunch, and many other stuff that were reheated for the next buffet. Everything was tasteless and surprisingly with all these options, it seemed they weren't enough. Also for snacks at the pool bar, they had the leftovers from the children food options from lunch reheaded (meatballs, chicken nuggets, potato chips, pasta and sauces, that all were clearly ober cooked from the times they were reheated) Night entertainment with live keyboard player and singer was awful. The guy who sings there was like they hadn't listened to him sing before hiring them. They way the hotel is and works it's like we went time traveled back to 2002. We paid more for all inclusive to be treated worse than the rest. Local no label alcohol for cocktails, rude old guy that didn't want to be there pured drinks and if someone went to order something in english, he was shouting to other stuff members in gree

“Outstanding food and staff”

−Music can be a bit loud in the rooms, if you want a quiet room make sure to ask for one. Also the beach is not very kid friendly with big rocks, there's a sandy beach some walk away but was less accessible for us with small children

+Overall, I would give Louis Phaethon Beach a solid 7 out of 10. The hotel’s greatest strengths are its food and excellent service. The food is fresh and varied, with something new served every day. The desserts deserve a special mention , they were among the best I have ever tasted. The staff are incredibly attentive, friendly and polite, from the housekeepers to the managers. The hotel has direct access to the sea, so guests can relax by the shore, listen to the waves, swim and enjoy beach activities. There is also a water park, as well as tennis and volleyball facilities. The entertainment team organises evening shows and activities. It is also worth mentioning that most of the guests during our stay were British and over the age of 60. As a result, the general atmosphere and much of the evening entertainment seemed to be aimed mainly at older British guests. This may be perfect for those looking for a calm holiday, but younger visitors should keep it in mind.
−The main disadvantage is the very poor quality of the drinks, from the coffee served in the restaurant to the cocktails. This is a significant weakness of the hotel. The rooms are also quite old, and many areas of the hotel look worn and are in need of renovation. Despite these drawbacks, the excellent food, delicious desserts, seaside location, activities and wonderful staff made our stay enjoyable. With renovated rooms and better-quality drinks, the hotel could receive a much higher rating.

−Unfortunately, our experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The food was of poor quality, with very limited variety and nothing that met our expectations. The behavior of the hotel staff was also unacceptable. We experienced very bad treatment and a lack of respect and professionalism, which made our stay even more unpleasant. Another major disappointment was the quality of the drinks. Despite paying for an all-inclusive package, the drinks were of very poor quality and certainly did not meet the standards we expected. When you pay for an all-inclusive holiday, you expect good food, quality drinks, and friendly service. Sadly, none of these expectations were met. The overall experience was far below what we paid for, and we left feeling disappointed and dissatisfied. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. The hotel management seriously needs to improve the food quality, drinks, and especially the way guests are treated. Definitely not worth the money!

“Heerlijk verblijf met buitenzwembad met geweldige glijbanen! All Inclusive, eigenlijk altijd eten en drinken beschikbaa”
+Heerlijke kamer zacht matras. Super lekker geslapen. ‘s Avonds animatie programma tot schappelijke tijd, dus je kan ook gewoon om 23u gaan slapen als je wilt. Dans muziek zang mini musical achtige optredens beneden in aparte zaal heel leuk. En buiten animatie, soort dans wedstrijden ook leuk. Lekkere coctails. Schoon. Goede service gerichte receptie.
−Binnenzwembad sluit wat snel en voor kinderen maar tot bepaalde tijd toegankelijk. Daarna alleen volwassenen.

“Šaltas baseinų vandui”
−Vanduo šaltesnis nei jūroje. Kambariai renovuoti dalinai (nekeistos durys, grindys). Vidinis šildomas baseinas vaikams prieinamas tik iki 2 pm.

−Hele slechte bedden, kleine kamers en de staat van het gebouw is niet best. Gebouw heeft echt een opfrisser nodig.
