+Location was excellent. Close to everything. Staff was great and helpful. Very friendly and only front door staff. Comfortable bed and good pillows.

+Great location, just a block from Monastiraki Square and not far from Plaka. Many tavernas just up the street. Friendly staff, especially a young woman named Eleanna. Clean room, although sparse in furniture.

“Great location, clean and comfortable rooms, friendly helpful staff - what more is there to say”
+We arrived on a late flight and struggled to reach the property before the desk closed. The hotel was able to accommodate a late self check-in for us which made our arrival easy. The location was perfect for us near the Ancient Agora and the metro from the airport. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable and quiet. Lots of food options nearby. Bag storage was also convenient until later on our departure day. Clear communication throughout the booking and arrival process.
−Nothing - it was all we needed and more to get what we wanted from our brief Athens stopover.

+Le manager et l’ensemble du personnel étaient très gentils et attentionnés. Le manager a d’ailleurs fait un geste commercial en nous offrant le dernier petit-déjeuner, ce que nous avons apprécié. Malgré cela, notre séjour dans cet hôtel nous a déçus, principalement en raison du bruit. Une de nos trois chambres située côté rue Ermou, était très bruyante malgré l’isolation mais l’hôtel n’est pas responsable de la nuit de travaux sur les 4. (idem à l’intérieur). Nous avons aussi regretté l’absence d’un véritable hall de réception ou d’un espace commun confortable où nous retrouver (séjour 4 nuits). Le petit-déjeuner, proposé sous forme de brunch, était bon mais un peu frustrant car pas aussi varié qu’un un petit-déjeuner continental. Sauf à choisir plusieurs formules. La chambre avec balcon et vue sur l’Acropole, visible uniquement depuis le balcon, ne justifie pas un supplément de 200 € (pour 4 nuits). Annoncée à 20 m², elle nous a paru avoir une superficie comparable à celle de nos deux chambres de 15 m².
