“Excellent location and top customer service”
+The hotel has a very convenient self check-in process and I received a message immediately after booking with clear instructions. My travel plans changed mid-trip, leading me to Switzerland and they were kind enough to give me good hiking suggestions for the time I had and even loaned me a rain jacket!

+The location is good. It’s only a short walk to the lachernalp tram.
−The property is very outdated and in bad need of a renovation. The floors were uneven and patches of carpet were missing in the hallways. The beds were not comfortable. There is nowhere to get food unless you walk into wiler and then there is only 1 restaurant so plan on making a reservation or cooking your own food.

+Die Lage ist optimal für Wanderungen oder Bergtouren im Lötschental, es gibt vor dem Haus einen schönen Garten
−vor dem Haus gibt es einen schönen Garten! Die Gemeinschaftsküche hat uns nicht gerade zur Benutzung angemacht. Eher hätten wir es geschätzt, wenn gekühlte Getränke verfügbar gewesen wären. Es gibt nämlich nur im nahen Nachbardorf Wiler (Lötschen) einen Laden.

+Calme et la literie
−On nous a modifié la chambre pour une plus petite sans motivation. La plus grande chambre n’a pas été occupée durant notre séjour… pourquoi ? Salle de bain exiguë, éclairage salle de bain lié au mouvement mais ne détecte rien lorsqu’on est sous la douche. Pas de savon de douche (est un standard normalement!). Distributeur papiers mouchoirs… sans mouchoirs. Espaces communs déprimant. Il ne faudrait pas beaucoup pour changer l’atmosphère des lieux… dommage !

−Das Haus erscheint wie aus den 1970er Jahren. Dunkel, spartanisch, die Handtücher sind sehr abgenutzt.

+Emplacement et disponibilité de places de parc gratuites; la personne de contact était très réactive et agréable dans nos échanges par what’s up.
−Bâtiment et aménagement très vieillots; froid et courants d’air dans la chambre; 3 petits sachets de douche pour 3 pour 3 nuits. Quid de la sécurité?

“Perfekt für ein langes Wochenende”
+"Hotel" ist an einer hervorragenden Lage im Lötschental. Sehr charmantes Erscheinungsbild, innen wie aussen. Gute Armosphäre. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut. Für ein (verlängertes) Wochenende ist es absolut ausreichend.
−Badezimmer ist viel zu klein. Licht im Badezimmer funktionierte nicht richtig. Sowas sollte schon auffallen beinder Reinigung. Sauberkeit Zimmerboden war nicht 100%. Renovationen sind längst überfällig.
