“The best in Playa del Carmen”
+What a wonderful place this is! 4 studios with communal space and a small pool. I had a studio downstairs with its own little patio, perfect for me. Standouts are the well equipped kitchen, drinkable tapwater, big comfy bed, rainshower, all done up in a trendy style. Walking distance to Avenida 5 and the beach, quiet neighborhood. I loved everything about it.
−There was some problem with the airco, but the owners respond really quickly via WhatsApp and are there to help.

“Lovely!”
+Everything was Perfect, nice accommodation, would stay here again!
−Just on blanket, but I think when you ask for one more that should be no Problem :) It’s not super quiet in the room, the AC is a little loud at night and you can hear the traffic. But it’s not einer busy at the street, so it didn’t bother us at all

“An excellent LGBTQ place to stay in Playa del Carmen”
+I loved the pool and surrounding area, with the chance to meet fellow guests, who are mostly LGBTQ, as expected. It was quiet, with just the sound of birdsong. The coffee making facilities were excellent. Large room to stay with comfortable bed. Very near town, with decent restaurants. Easy parking.

“A great apartment in a great location in Playa del Carmen”
+The apartment is in a great, quiet location a few blocks from la quinta. The hosts are super responsive and always responded promptly to any question that I had. The apartments itself is huge and has a very well-equipped kitchen.
−The only thing was the lack of natural light and ventilation in the bedroom. There was a faint smell of humidity in the room.

“Schöne ruhige Unterkunft sehr Zentral”
+Die Lage war sehr Zentral, das meiste war Fußläufig. Luis war sehr nett und gab uns viele Tipps was man machen kann. Er war auch immer erreichbar falls es Fragen gab. Es war mega entspannt und der Pool direkt vor unserem Zimmer eine Wohltat.
