−Building where the property was located smelled terrible and was filled with construction materials. The walls were peeling, and drywall and wood littered the stairs walking to the room. The property owner did not give us a heads up about this. I booked this place since it was very good reviews and wanted to surprise my new fiancée with a nice place to stay on our first night engaged together. I let the property owner know we would not be staying and requested a refund. He told me that it was not possible becuase I did not cancel the stay, which is inaccurate because I reached out to him personally to do so. If a cancellation on booking was required, he should have said so.

“Love this place”
+The host was superhelpful, and so quick to respond. The design and colours of the apartment were stunning The decor is so fresh and daring.. right up my street. And so spacious! I happily spent longer in the apt as it was so good. The shared living room had all the best vibes, chilled, easy, nice selection of food, chilled tunes on always. The cleaning lady popped in and out regularly to keep the dirty dishes taken. Lots of food in the fridge. Location is great, beside some pubs (1 irish) and shops and the main Cais de Sodre station.. metro, trains and Buses.
−Not a great view, but wasn't really looking for a river view anyway. Nice to watch down on the busy streets in action.

+The apartment is very close to the city center. The room was very cozy, clean and comfortable.

“Séjour parfait .Lost Lisbonn a contribué à notre bon sejour lisboet”
+Emplacement idéal pour les visites. À proximité de station de trains et métro pour les déplacements. Beaucoup de restaurants aux alentours. Lost Lisbonn Cais House est un bel établissement bien sécurisé et très bien décoré très propre. Personnel très agréable et souriant. Notre hôte João est joignable et très disponible. Petit déjeuner très copieux avec du pain et fruits frais.
−Heureusement que nos bagages n’étaient pas trop lourds car il n’y a pas d’ascenseur mais ce n’était pas trop grave.

−Le hall d’entrée manque de chaleur et de propreté. Les escaliers à monter pour accéder aux chambres Salle de bain et wc séparés de la chambre Pas de climatisation Beaucoup de bruits extérieurs Horaire des petits déjeuners (impossibilité de déjeuner plus tôt que 8h.Nous étions un groupe qui participait au marathon(départ à 8h)
