“Lovely hotel, great location.”
+The staff were so friendly and went above and beyond to help. The room was spotless and breakfast was good. The pool area was perfect, with a pool bar serving food. Again it was spotless
−Paying for air con...but this was advertised in advance.

“Location Great , Hotel traditional but outdated could do with a little spruce up. Pool Area lovely. Breakfast could be i”
+Central in Lassi , Very Close to Beaches , Pool Area was lovely and chilled. Some staff where lovely. Room was Clean.
−Breakfast was not the best , It was continental but not much selection at all. Only had it one day and then used a restaurant across the main road. I was put in a room right next to lift so noise of motors kept you up all night and due to thin doors could hear peoples conversations and those who spoke loudly coming in late

−The beds creak very loudly and breakfast is always the same. Otherwise everything was fine and met expectations.

“Not value for money at all!”
+The towels were the best part about this place. They were lovely and lush and clean.
−Breakfast was very ordinary and cold simple boring stuff. Very basic and same every day which is okay if nice. Paid for sea view but bushes really In the way. Requires a lot of maintenance. Shower is so tiny. We were there for several days and the one time they replaced the towels and sheets, they could not even put them.on the bed. We needed to make it up ourselves with the new sheets. No biggie, but for the money not a lot of service given. We had asked for double bed but got twin. Again not a huge deal. We also had to go ask for shower gel as they didnt give it out. Don't get caught out on this as you look sideways you have to pay at this hotel! They charge you to use the safe and the aircon is not included, you have to pay 14 aud a day and it is needed. Thats from me who loves the heat as there is no window to open as such or a fan, so it is necessary.

+Staff eccezionale. Disponibili e molto gentili. Pulizie giornaliere.
