“Not sure whether i signed up for a hotel or an airbnb. It seems the latter. Value4Money???”
+Two things: cleanliness and the hot shower.
−The room was not cleaned during my stay, the bed was not made, etc. Secondly, there should be basic things like a cup/glass should be in the rooms Registration/check in was frustrating, particularly uploading of passport photo. 3pm check in for a visitor who arrives in Madrid in the morning, yet there is no provision for leaving luggage as one awaits to check-in is such an unfair/raw deal especially in a city that prides itself as a major tourist destination.

“A nice accommodation”
+The place is clean and comfortable for few nights. Centrally located and easily accessible. Arrangements to check in and check out was also good. Water dispenser was also in the corridor
−I wish i could make tea in my room. You can hear people going in and out on the corridor and talking too.

“Convenient location and easy access”
+Easy way to get in without key, on first floor was very comfortable, enough facilities. Clean room, close to metro, shops, markets, restaurants. Minimalism that you need in the trip. Hot and cold water in hall.
−Unfortunately, the stay was uncomfortable due to excessive noise, especially from people entering and leaving. The wall vibrated along with the bed, and one night, guests who couldn’t get inside were making noise and banging on the door. I also had safety concerns, as some suspicious individuals appeared to have looked at my access code. Additionally, the rubbish was not collected. Overall, the noise, lack of cleanliness, and security concerns negatively affected my experience.

“Buen lugar, limpio, baño grande y cama cómoda.”
+El baño es bastante amplio, la cama es cómoda, todo está muy limpio y el acceso fue súper fácil. Está muy cerca a dos estaciones del metro, por lo tanto, transportarnos fue muy fácil. Es una zona muy segura, comercial y con restaurantes de todo tipo cerca
−Siento que podrían renunciar un poco al tamaño del baño para hacer un mini guardarropas porque tuvimos que tener todo en nuestras maletas siempre, lo cual hace la experiencia no tan cómoda.

−No tiene aire acondicionado, no ponen pasta de dientes ni cepillo, hace un calor insoportable y se escucha todo. Si tienen todo esto tendría que ser mucho mas barato.

−La habitación era pequeña, no disponía ni siquiera de una barra para colgar la ropa. Las almohadas duras y se oía mucho el ruido de la calle, dado que tenía una puerta (que aunque estaba cerrada) daba para la calle, puerta que estaba mal echa ya que traspasaba el ruido, frío y claridad. Para el precio que pagué por noche me pareció abusivo con respeto a las comodidades/calidades que ofrecía.
