“Awesome seaside getaway!”
+Clean, big and roomy and nicely decorated. Fully stocked kitchen. Having a bathtub. Loved having a little porch with an ocean view. Nice temperature control with mini splits. Great location with very short walk to Long Brach. Easy access and good communication with how to access property.
−Not being able to get regular channels on tv. Couldn’t turn off light under microwave.

“Cute apartment.”
+This was a great little apartment. Was the perfect size for my husband and I to just relax after our many hours of driving. It was very clean. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to catch up on a little laundry after a week of hotels . The beach was an easy 2 to 3 minute walk. I would definitely stay there again.

“It’s all about the location!”
+The unit was large, modern, bright and clean. The location was perfect! So close to the beach plus an easy ride to Salem. The kitchen had plenty of pots and pans. The ice maker was a life saver. The master bedroom was very spacious. The bathroom was well stocked. The washer and dryer was handy for dirty towels. TONS of closet space. We stayed late in the season so we didn’t hear any neighbors. Living room furniture was comfy.
−The towel bar and shade in our bedroom were broken. The coffee pot was inoperable. We didn’t figure this out until 6am when we were rushing to get on a boat. Someone had replaced the carafe of the original pot with a very small glass pot. When I texted the owners, I had to send a video, a photo was not enough. That was a large inconvenience when in a hurry and video is too large to text or email. However, when we returned, a new tiny 5 cup coffee maker was waiting for us. We were very grateful, but we found our room unlocked. The china coffee cups were chipped and dirty. Thankfully there were plastic ones. The rug in the big bedroom was curled up and a tripping hazard. The ac unit in the large room was not functioning properly. We were able to open windows thankfully as we stayed late in the season. There is not any kind of night light available to make walking from the master bedroom to the bathroom accessible. Even the light over the stove did not work. A manual for how to work fans, WiFi password, and local recommendations would go a long way. Lastly, the bed in the smaller room was way too hard for our liking. We realize this is personal preference but it did make our stay unco

+Very roomy bed was comfortable
−no pot holders/oven mitts in the kitchen no hooks on the back of the bathroom door for bathrobe and/or towels big king size bed, king size pillows would be nice Keurig coffee maker would be great

“Disappointed will not return to unit next year”
+We stayed in a different unit last year and loved the location, it is conveniently located less than 5 minutes from the beach.
−I think a deep clean needs to be done on this unit. Bedroom doors were filthy with black marks, bathroom sink needs to be cleaned inside as there is sludge inside the hole where water goes down, I also observed pink soap scum buildup on tiles in shower (bacteria) The towel bar was ripped off the wall, some patching could be down. The air conditioning was set at 63 degrees in bedroom, when I shut it off it did not come back on, from there I notified property manager and was sent pictures on how to fix it myself. luckily my husband was visiting for the day and could figure it out, but remainder of stay cold air constantly blew on us in the living room area. It also said in my email a few days before all instructions would be in my booking app to check in, well that was not the case, they were in my email which was hard to find seeings how WiFi is spotty. We could have checked in earlier to our room which they could not accommodate, I had to call after 4pm, as I was told they were Emailed to me. I don’t believe I will be using this unit in the future, which is a shame because we loved the property the year previous, with a different unit, not sure if all the units are owned by differe

“Very comfortable and enjoyable stay overall! Love proximity to the beach.”
+The location and proximity to the beach is great! Nice and cleanly decorated. Plenty of bath towels and wash cloths. Beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows supplied. Televisions in the 2 bedrooms and main living room. Loved having the washer and dryer in the front closet and all of the closet and dresser space. A cute little ice cream and take-out restaurant in walking distance. Close drive to the grocery store.
−Could easily hear the family in the neighboring suite from the bedroom I was sleeping in. Balcony was across from the beach parking lot so not very relaxing to have coffee or eat on, during the day. Would suggest mirrors in the bedrooms due to one bathroom for getting ready. Lamp in front sitting room would be nice for evening reading in there without having to use overhead lights.

+Location was great, there was a lot of space and the beds were comfortable.
−Little things were not taken care of, for example, there was no shower curtain and when I asked about that, they said they'd let housekeeping know after we left, which made for a messy stay. There were no instructions. The wrong remotes was placed for the tvs.

“Very nice, modern unit with great amenities - close to the beach and not far from Gloucester Harbor.”
+Room was very well appointed, clean and located within a very short walk to the beach. Had an ocean view from the deck which was a nice surprise. (unit #9) Appreciated the in-unit washer/dryer.
−Couldn't find control/switch to turn fan in LR on. Tried all wall switches and remote control. Bathroom toilet tissue supply wasn't stocked well enough and there were no facial tissues. Shampoo and soap in shower were low to almost out.
