+The premises are good.
−The staff is nice but barely does the job. They don't check if people actually check out (I found somebody in my bed the first night, I had to sleep in a bed that wasn't mine). The staff barely make the rules being respected (rooms are upside down, there are people stuffs and trashes all over the room. Some people do drug or vape in the rooms. Also I wouldn't mention my lovely roommates loudly watching moovies at night, then casually having sex in their bed thinking nobody would notice 😅). Rooms, corridors and sanitaries are filthy. It smells sweaty socks all over the place and the shower tiles are orange, eventhough it should be white. In a nutshell: a nightmare.

“Not a welcoming hostel to stay”
+The location
−Coldest welcome I received in years of travelling. I arrived at 11am at the hostel, said hello with a big smile, didn’t get any answer, after 2mn the girl at the front desk looked at me and said « check in is a 2pm, come back » and that’s it. Locals were dirty with cockroaches, bed not comfy with no curtains, even for this price I wouldn’t recommend it, fly away

“Despite the good location, the stay was awful with rats, a terrible smell, and an unfriendly, unsociable atmosphere”
+The location was good, staff were friendly.
−We saw multiple rats during our stay, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Looked nothing like the photos. The room smelled awful and was messy, with belongings scattered everywhere. The common area was okay but not very sociable, likely because most guests seemed to be long-term residents. The fridges were overcrowded and difficult to use and the other guests did not clean the kitchen, so we spent more money eating out. We had booked 3 nights and left after 2- would not stay here again.

−We booked two beds in a shared mixed room. The room was very messy, and under one of the beds we found trash: empty plastic bottles and food packages. We asked to be moved to a private room that was clean. The shared bathroom was dirty and lacked maintenance. The kitchen was also dirty and messy. We stayed two nights because the reservation was non-refundable. Afterwards, we moved to another hostel.
