“Amazing staff, great location for tourists, pricey”
+The staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful. The location is brilliant if you're planning on seeing all the big London tourist attractions. We had a lovely view of the river and the pool is fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and they are really accommodating and kind to kids
−It's very expensive and I think the rooms lack a bit of style and personality. I also would have liked to have had a bath in the room as it was definitely big enough. Parking should also be cheaper for guests
