“Scammers”
+You are nothing but scammers. Only after we complete the reservation do you display the check-in time restrictions, which is completely unacceptable and, in my view, contrary to the applicable rules and regulations. You mislead your customers with deceptive practices. Why is it not clearly and honestly stated before the reservation is made what the latest possible check-in time is? We booked the accommodation at exactly 23:41 while we were traveling from Frankfurt towards Pančevo. We literally arrived just a few minutes after midnight, only to find that we could not enter the accommodation at all. If such a strict check-in deadline exists, this information must be clearly and prominently displayed before a customer is allowed to complete and pay for a reservation,not revealed only after the booking has already been made. Every accommodation should be able to receive guests throughout the night, for example by leaving the keys at an agreed location. I was traveling with three young children, aged 4, 7, and 10. Because of the way you handled this situation, I put their lives and safety at risk. What you are doing is absolutely outrageous and unacceptable. I will initiate legal procee
