“cozy stay”
+Perfect location, close to the city center but in a quieter street. Lovely house with a common kitchen (fridge, toaster and micro-wave, but nothing to cook) and a comfortable bedroom. Bikes are available for free. The stuff was very helpful.
−For anything longer than a weekend stay, the room lacks some space to keep your clothes as there are no real shelves. The space was overall clean, but there was a little bit of dust here and there. We were in bedroom 3 and there wasn't much noise isolation from the kitchen.

“Would highly recommend and would stay again!”
+We travelled to Brussels, Antwerp, and Bruges on our trip, and this accommodation in Ghent was by far our favourite. It was incredibly close to the action, the check in was easy, and whenever I needed to speak to the host about renting a free bike or had questions regarding tourist tax, they were always incredibly friendly. There was also a communal kitchen which allowed us to save money throughout our time in the city.

“Overall great place to stay.”
+Location was excellent, close to everything, grocery store so saved lots with the use of the common room fridge and microwave. Tea and coffee included was really nice.
−Twice the Common room kitchen was cluttered with tools etc when we used it at lunch. Could hear guests coming in the main entrance and if using the common room could hear everything.

“A clean and smart inside apartment with dining room area downstairs”
+The apartment was very nice . Comfy bed. Plenty of room. Clean. Nice shower. Close to Carrefour supermarket and to walk to the city centre . The city centre very historic with canals.
−No staff to welcome us hence an indifferent score; it was self checkin. We had trouble finding the place as it had a different name on the outside which confused us so better signage definitely needed high up on the building with Alphabed & Bike on it. Building works noise early in the morning which affected the comfy score. If it was not for the noise we would give this an excellent score (shame really as not within the owner's control).

+I liked the attention to detail even tissues, mozzie plug and extra coffee pods!
−I think the shower drain might need a treatment as the shower tray fills up with water. I wasnt sure about city tax costs for tourists it will be useful having an amount. Our booking said taxes were included but the host mentioned it so we just made a payment.

+It is in a very good location, just a few minutes walk to the main square and tram stops. The room was clean and fairly comfortable with everything we needed. There was a good supply of tea bags and coffee capsules. Having access to the shared kitchen was appreciated, we didn't see any other guests.
−The bed was a bit too low and the bathroom was rather dark.
