“Nice to stay”
+Location is great, close to the center. The staff was helpful and cheerful. The room was clean and well equipped. There is a free public parking zone near the building.

+Absolutely wonderful stay! ❤️ The accommodation was very clean, affordable, and looked exactly like the pictures. Sergio was incredibly kind, helpful, and always easy to reach. Despite arriving two hours late due to problems with our bus, checking in was no problem at all. Sergio’s lovely mother welcomed us warmly. Although she only spoke Italian and we barely understood anything, we somehow managed to communicate! 😂❤️ The location is convenient, with a Lidl nearby and Verona’s attractions within walking distance or easily accessible by bus. The walk from the train station isn’t the prettiest, but that didn’t bother us. We didn’t book breakfast, so I can’t comment on it. I genuinely don’t understand some of the negative reviews. For such an affordable price, the accommodation offers excellent value for money. We felt completely comfortable and had absolutely nothing to complain about! A huge thank you to Sergio and his lovely mother! We would definitely stay here again! ❤️
−If I really had to find something to complain about, it would simply be the small decorative rug in the room. I personally didn’t like it, but that’s purely a matter of taste and absolutely nothing worth complaining about! 😂

“ESTANCIA DE 10 PARA CONOCER VERONA”
+Aunque solo pasamos una noche y no pudimos disfrutar casi del alojamiento (que es tal cual se muestra en las fotos), nos pareció un sitio acogedor, muy bonito,limpio, amplio, silencioso y con todas las comodidades para una estancia de 10. Una ubicación excelente con aparcamiento gratuito a 10 m del alojamiento. Antes y durante la estancia Sergio respondió muy rápido a nuestras dudas y fue muy amable y nos recibió para el check in. La habitación contaba con una nevera pequeña donde nos había dejado unos par de botellitas de agua, además de unos snacks☺️ Sin lugar a dudas un sitio excelente para disfrutar de Verona (en unos 15- 20 min andando estás en el centro histórico)

+Всё отлично, Сержио хозяин аппартаментов встретил всё объяснил и показал. При наличии рук и моего знания начального английского языка проблем в общении небыло. Номер отличный, всё чисто и есть всё что надо для остановки на пару дней. Стоянка для авто рядом с гостиницей, что очень удобно. Хотя все достопримечательности Вероны в пешй доступности. Очень понравилось то что сразу перед дверью номера есть небольшой оазис - колодец внутри здания. Так что сесть вечером с чашечкой кофе и сигаретой - самое то. Рекомендую эту локацию!! Спасибо Сержио и твоей маме за ваше гостеприимство.
