“Location was the key for this spot.”
+Location is very nice. Can walk to a lot of shops food.
−No hot breakfast. Microwave sandwiches and pastries. Sometimes it’s nice to have some breakfast to start the day and not have to spend more money to go out for better choices.

“Fine until the last night”
+It was clean and the location was perfect.
−The last night there our air conditioner gave off a sulfur smell just as we were going to bed. So we called the front desk and the attendant there was very rude to us. She acted like it was no big deal and said old air systems do that. We then asked to be moved for the night because the smell was so bad and did not want to sleep with the windows open all night. She was not happy but said she had two rooms down the road we could use. So we packed up and headed down around 11:30 at night. When she greeted us with a very sore face, handed us our keys she was not a happy camper. I would of thought she would have at least apologized for our inconvenience but no we must have interrupted her free time at the desk since it was so late . We have been coming to Berlin for over 20 years and never experienced such rudeness. I sure hope nobody else gets treated like we did. One of my friends in our group said there is noway she is an Amish gal because they have never acted like that.

“Will never return! Actually should be refunded cost.”
+Location was good. There was not much to the so called "good breakfast" . No staff at the hotel for any questions or help.
−Check in was a nightmare!! Will never do that again! We had to go yo a different location to check in. The clerk was not very pleasant. We then drove to the hotel. We were tired from long drive. We unload everything and carry it to the 2nd floor. Then the CARD DID NOT WORK. I called and he said we'll you will have to come back and get new cards! We had to pack everything back downstairs to our car and go back to this other location. The clerk didn't seem concerned. Then back to hotel, back upstairs and finally got in. I have a bad ankle and this was very hard. The room was OK, but the air conditioner was very loud. I will not go back. My husband was so mad he wanted to get our money back.
