+The location was perfect. Just a few blocks from the duomo surrounded by leather shops and delicious food. Veda were comfortable nd everything very clean. Wonderful place to stay!

+Everything was amazing! I was absolutely happy to stay and sad when the stay was over, the beds were extremely cosy and the stuff wonderful and nice. The spoke English as well, so there was no issue communicating. Also, everything was clean and easily accessible. 🥰🥰🥰

−Some points to be aware of, but definitely those should not be considered problems: fridge was available in a shared area - there is space in a room, but we didn’t have our own fridge. You can pay “city tax” only in cash. There is a shower in addition to the bathtub, but it’s rather short, you can’t stand and shower comfortably.

+The location of the hotel is very good for accessing the city and seeing the sights. The check in and check out arrangements were straightforward.
−The room was not kept well - there was evidence of mould in various places which had been scraped off, and this was denied by the person at reception when we showed them. The sheets were yellow stained and dirty.

+The room was very clean and with enough space to accommodate two people. The staff was very friendly and helpful with everything we needed. The location was perfect, we were next to a piazza where there were a lot of people and energy and most of the landmarks were max 15 min away from our stay.
−The only thing I would have to say, is that in the morning it is a little noisy, since the breakfast area is on the same floor as the room we were in. So if you're somebody that has a light sleep, perhaps it can be a little problematic. Personally I didn't mind that much.

+Ich hatte ein grosses Zimmer mit riesigem Fenster, also ein sehr gutes Klima zum Schlafen. Und zum Hof hinaus. Supersauber. Das Bett war sehr bequem, ich konnte gut schlafen. Der kurze Weg zu den Highlights in Florence ist einfach toll.
−Ganze 145 Euro wurden mir gestohlen, und ich stand um 22 Uhr nachts ohne Unterkunft auf der Strasse!!! Grund: im Flughafen wurden die Koffer erst nach ca. zwei Stunden ausgegeben. Der Weg zur Unterkunft dauerte für einen ortsunkundigen entsprechend lange, so dass ich erst gegen 18 Uhr am Haus/Hotel stand. Die Rezeption ist laut Booking.com bis 22 Uhr besetzt. Bei der Klingel war an der Hauswand für mich eine Telefonnummer /email Verbindung, WhatsApp und SMS auf einem Blatt Papier geschrieben. Sämtliche Versuche über ganze 3!!! Stunden hinweg jemanden von der Unterkunft zu erreichen waren ohne Erfolg. Auch der Kellner vom gegenüberliegendem Restaurant war sehr bemüht, aber ebenfalls ohne Erfolg. Bis gegen 22:30 irrte ich in einer fremden Stadt, so vollkommen hilflos und ohne Unterkunft auf den Strassen umher. Alle grossen Türen, hinter denen sich auch Unterkünfte befanden, waren schon verschlossen. Ein Hotel war für eine Nacht für 2000 Euro angegeben.... Polizei war nicht präsent. Dunkelheit!!! Letztendlich war plötzlich ein Hotel vor mir und hatte noch ein Zimmer frei. 97 Euro! Mit dem riesigen Schrecken keine Schlafmöglichkeit/Unterkunft zu haben, obwohl gebucht, und umherirren mi
