+The host family were extremely friendly and welcoming, very generous with their time and advice for sightseeing and eating out etc. Chippy the dog was a big hit with my daughter. Ciao Chippy!

−The room was very old, and everything was heavily worn, making it uncomfortable to use. The mattresses were extremely worn out, and it was impossible to sleep comfortably. The baby cot did not have a proper mattress, only a thin duvet, which made it impossible for a baby to sleep safely and comfortably. When we arrived in the room, the pillows smelled unwashed, so we asked for them to be replaced. On the first night, we had to sleep with only a thin blanket, and there were no extra blankets or duvets in the wardrobe in case we felt cold. We had to request one before they brought us a duvet. In the morning, it was impossible to sleep after 7 a.m. because the kitchen where breakfast was prepared was directly opposite our room. Every noise and conversation among the staff could be clearly heard inside the room.

+Location was perfect for our purposes. Beautiful historic building. A little hard to find, but once you locate it it’s wonderful. They gave great recommendations for food and sites to see!

+Exceptionnel accueil de Giada ! Excellent emplacement à 5 minutes à pieds de la place San Marco situé dans une petite ruelle au calme. Chambres avec tout le confort nécessaire sans oublier le petit déjeuner très copieux pour bien démarrer la journée. Je recommande !

+Moment an herzlich willkommen gefühlt. Die Betreiber - eine Mutter mit ihrem Sohn - waren jederzeit für uns da, immer mit einem Lächeln und viel Herzlichkeit. Man spürt, dass es ihnen wirklich am Herzen liegt, ihren Gästen Venedig von seiner schönsten Seite zu zeigen und ihnen die Stadt näherzubringen. Und noch etwas ganz Besonderes: Ein Frühstück dieser Qualität zu diesem Preis findet man wahrscheinlich in ganz Venedig kaum ein zweites Mal! Es war einfach köstlich. Vielen lieben Dank für die Gastfreundschaft und die wunderschöne Zeit! Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt.

−4eme étage sans ascenseur .une chambre qui communique avec le couloir.Douche trop petite.Pains et croissants rassis au petit déjeuner.produits du petit-déjeuner industriels.Absence de fruits. Draps qui génèrent des irritations de la peau. Bref un prix exorbitant pour une qualité médiocre

−3. Stock ohne Aufzug, Treppe sehr schmal und abgetreten, Bad in die Jahre gekommen, beim Frühstück könnte das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis besser sein.

+la gentilezza dei proprietari che sono stati molto educati ed accoglienti, la posizione strategica, la tranquillità.Un complimento anche alla signorina che il secondo giorno ci ha assistito durante la colazione che ci ha accolto con un sorriso contrariamente al signore del giorno prima che con la sua svogliatezza e poca professionalità ha smorzato l'entusiasmo del mattino.
−i dettagli e la pulizia, basterebbe molto poco per rendere l'esperienza più gradevole, la doccia presentava della muffa sugli spigoli, il letto dove ho dormito era in pendenza a causa del suolo irregolare, nonostante ci fosse il frigorifero mancava una bottiglietta di acqua, la terrazza dove si potrebbe andare a respirare all'aperto era in disordine quindi non accogliente e le tovaglie della colazione non vengono cambiate ciò significa che non è propriamente igienico.
