Sehr unmenschliches Verhalten.

Absolutely Disgusting - Avoid at All Costs! This was by far the worst accommodation experience I’ve ever had. We walked into what was supposed to be our “room” only to find it completely untouched and filthy. The bed looked like someone had just rolled out of it , sheets crumpled, stained, and reeking of sweat. The bathroom was even worse: the toilet hadn’t been cleaned in who knows how long, the sink was grimy, and the whole place stank like a mix of sewage, sweat, and damp mould. It was so unbearable we could barely breathe. To make matters worse, the receptionist was shockingly rude. Full of attitude, rolling her eyes, snapping at us, and acting aggressively instead of apologising. There was zero kindness, zero professionalism. When we asked for a refund (which anyone would expect after being given such a disgusting room), they flat-out refused, even though it was 100% their responsibility to provide a clean space. Luckily, we took pictures to prove how unacceptable it was. This place is beyond unacceptable , dirty, smelly, unprofessional, and a complete waste of money. Do yourself a favour and stay anywhere else but here!

A localização é boa!
