+The room was a short walk from the city centre and easy to find. The lock box entry system worked well. There are plenty of coffee shops and restaurants nearby. The room was clean and spacious. It has been recently refurbished. Everything worked well. Bed was comfortable. Plenty of room for the sofa and table and chairs. Great value for money. The owner responded quickly to our email questions.
−If you are a light sleeper it may be a bit noisy. Also we stayed a Saturday night and there was a band playing just down the street, with the odd effect of sounding like it came from behind the unit. It was loud but the music was good and it stopped about midnight. The area is old, but even though we are an elderly couple, we found it safe and people very friendly.

+Everything was clean, nice location. Room Nr. 2 was quite quiet. There was a small fridge and they gave us coupons for a nearby bakery.
−No cutlery or kitchenware. Weird wall lights.

“Pleasent but I'll not book it again.”
+Teh owner was very welcoming: imidiately help mem with the receptions explain everythign, The room is just-refurbish, minimal but cosy. The location is 15 min walkign from the main square
−Unfortunately the room is refurbished from a shop at the street floor of the building. The noise of cars. bikes and people did not let me sleep in the night despite my hearplugs.

“Modern apartment, good location but noisy. Passable for a one-night stay.”
+The room is located in a very local district, within a walking distance from the central square as well as the beach. It was modern, and the host was flexible with check-in time.
−It was very noisy at night that we could hear every single motorcycle and car passing as the apartment is located on the ground floor. We also had issues with hot water that night but it seems it was a one-time issue as the host was there in the morning checking something,

−The place does not look like a room, it is more like a basement or a garagge without proper window and dark and cold environment. We payed but did not stay.

“Good location, bad accommodation”
+So the location was perfect, near the city center. 10 minutes walk. The acces was easy and the host let us to come earlier to leave our stuff. Very friendly host. We had also a table and two chairs.
−I want to give a constructive feedback so because I think the host was new to this bussines. You can hear everything from the street, so if you are sensible to sound, it s not a good choice, but I don’t think this can be changed anyway. Maybe let some earplugs there just in case. -The towels were poor quality. We couldn’t use them because it let white clothes lint everywhere. Should be changed, if didn’t already. -we had nothing to cover ourselves, even if we had the AC on for heating, the room is big, we needed something to cover us while sleeping, so we actually didn’t sleep at all. The pillows are poor quality, mattress the same. The whole bed must be replaced for someone to actually sleep there. -if you want to put something bigger than 15 centimeters in the fridge you can’t, the fridge is too small and I think it’s enough space for a bigger one.
