+We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and wish we could stay longer. The property is beautifully designed with a great aesthetic throughout the spaces. The hotel provided a breakfast with a big variety of options to choose from. The attention to detail in both the decor and the food presentation made every morning feel special. I highly recommend staying here if you appreciate good design. Enjoyed a lantern workshop

“Magical little hotel in a cool part of town with exceptional service and hospitality”
+The hotel is beautiful and located close to restaurants, old town and an easy Grab/or shuttle(provided free of sharge by the hotel) trip away. It faces the river and you truly cannot beat the view from the rooftop pool!! The rooms are a nice size and the beds are very comfortable. The pool is incredible!! Located on the top floor with louge chairs and a bar. Killer view!! Breakfast is on a whole new level of amazing!!! Anything you can ever want to try is available western and asian food alike. Coffee heaven:)) Missing my fave, coconut coffee right about now... However it is the staff at this incredible little hotel that gives it 6 stars in my opinion. We felt completely taken care of and always greeted with a smile and a pleasant conversation. My husband was trying to find a particular coffee press and one of the staff at the desk took it upon herself to call around and have it shipped from Hanoi to our hotel!! I really cannot say enough about this hotel! We will be back!!

+The staff were very friendly and helpful.
−The bathtub looks great, but it’s uncomfortable to use, particularly around the neck. Overall, the hotel felt a bit overpriced. Neither my husband nor I enjoyed the spa treatments, and we felt the spa staff could benefit from more training.

“Great hotel with exceptionally friendly staff”
+Very nice boutique hotel. The staff are super friendly and remembers and greets you by your name at breakfast. They seem to be genuinely interested with their guests and spend some time every morning discussing with you at breakfast. They are also super helpful and polite and will try their best to assist you where possible. Location is close to everything and taxi to go to the Hoi An Ancient town is very cheap and quick.
−1. The sensitivity of the door alarm . It was difficult to open/ close it without the alarm ringing and that would wake up our baby if he was sleeping. We could hear other door alarm ringing all the time meaning it was not only us having this issue. 2. The baby cot was a bit small and look a bit fragile. Our baby even when inside was able to move the cot (despite the wheel being locked) and we had to block it with a table. However, this was a minor inconvenience and we enjoyed the hotel

“Just an amazing hotel and staff.”
+The hotel is located on the river and in easy walking distance of the Old Town. The room was beautifully decorated. The bath fabulous. The staff were so friendly and helpful. We loved being able to have a swim in the pool after a day out in 34 degree heat. Our breakfast in the morning was my favourite that I had in Vietnam.

“Friendly staff, lovely rooms and good location”
+The property was within 10min easy access of old town. Also if you didn’t feel like walking they had free to use bicycles which was fantastic! It had very good facilities and the room was comfortable.

“Very nice, smaller hotel with great location, nice rooftop, pool, excellent staff”
+Dairy Queen and friendly Hotel. I thought we had booked a river view room, but when we arrived, one was not available. This turned out to be OK, because our room on the other side was likely quieter since it didn’t face the river, and the pool on the roof allowed a upper level Riverview, which we used every day. The buffet breakfast every morning was different, and exceptional. The staff were always friendly and attentive. Within an easy walking distance of old town, and the Hoi An memories show.
−The gym was adequate with a selection of dumbbells, but could definitely be updated and upgraded. Some of the machines were nonfunctional. It is in a very large room, so there is certainly space for better equipment that would make it much nicer. We used it often, so this is important to us.
