−The actual room was smallish and it didn’t have a small fridge which would been a big help but other than that we were pretty happy with the accomodation

+Very well located close to the centre of town, good value and well equipped with everything you need.
−We were happy with everything except the mattress that felt thin and very hard. This may just be personal preference but it impacted sleep.

−No hot water in the morning when I needed to shower. Point of contact acknowledged problem and responded promptly. I couldn’t afford to wait for the fix so a cold shower was had.

+Location was very quiet and the property was conveniently located.
−I'll preface this bit by mentioning that we normally stay in hotels. The room was well appointed but there was very little room around the bed. If you travel light then it probably won't be an issue. If you don't then it needs to be a consideration. The bed itself was a good size. I found it a little uncomfortable but my partner thought it was fine There were no little bottles of shampoo which was inconvenient - perhaps we've been spoilt. The bin in the bathroom was a typical size but there was no other bin at all. An additional, decent sized one could easily have been situated on the landing outside the room.

“Great comfort and accessibility.”
+Location was perfect ,just off of the main street in Moffatt but very quiet and accessible with plenty of free street parking available. The room, bed, bathroom facilities were all excellent . Plenty of places to eat are a very short walking distance away.
