“It was shocking, we felt like scumed”

−It’s shared outdated accommodation on top of cheap smelly restaurants with lots of noises from bars outside noise from ventilation fan from restaurant also noise from trains and constant smell of fried oil Also if you over 6 feet tall you find it extremely uncomfortable as ceilings are very very low especially in bathroom

+Clean and well equipped rooms and shared kitchen diner . Clean comfortable bed , beautiful view . The owners have made a lot of effort in attention to detail . Near river sights, shops, restaurants and train station .
−Smell from bathroom . Once I'd emptied bath water it came up through tiled floor between toilet and sink . There was a sewage and damp smell from then on . I don't think the cleaners are allowed to use bleach these days . But if they could it would help with the mould on grout. Very noisy if anyone was moving around above us . I did ask people to be quiet but I think just normally walking around sounded like a heard of baby elephants

“Prima verblijf”
+Het appartement ligt gunstig op loopafstand van het station, bus en tram. Ook zijn er diverse restaurants in de buurt.
−Je hoort wat muziek van de restaurants op straat, maar dit vond ik niet zo storend.

−Άβολο διαμέρισμα με μικρή τουαλέτα, καθόλου ηχομόνωση, το ψυγείο δεν λειτουργεί η συντήρηση των τροφίμων, το κλειδί ήταν τόσο παλιό που κλειδωθηκαμε μέσα την δεύτερη ημέρα και από τότε δεν κλειδωναμε το διαμέρισμα. Μέτρια κατάσταση. Όταν θέλουμε τα χρήματα καλό είναι να επενδύουμε και λίγο....

−The facilities in this room are quite old, and the bedding is of very average quality. The bathroom is dirty, with visible mold, and there are unpleasant sewer odors coming from the drains. The room door is fitted with a lock that is too flimsy to provide adequate security for your personal belongings, especially considering that the apartment's kitchen and living room are shared with another room that is rented out separately, a fact that was not clearly stated in the listing.

“Affordable and ok”
+The location was great! The apartment was clean and the AC worked great.
−The bathroom gets damp and smelly. It’s a shared unit so if the upper room is occupied, you can hear the steps. There is also a workshop below and it gets loud during the day. The check in process is awful and needs to be streamlined. You have to wait until 15:00 before receiving check in instructions despite being asked about your arrival and coordinating on when we could get to the apartment.
