+We had a wonderful stay at Limestone View! Location-wise, we were able to bike ride to a lot of what we wanted to see in Ninh Binh: Hang Múa, Tam Coc, and the Trang An boat station. Grabs are also readily available. Our room was clean and we had the most amazing view. Also, breakfast is included, and I’d recommend trying the Vietnamese breakfast option! Beyond the location and facilities, it’s the hospitality that stands out most. Dzung and his wife are incredibly friendly and quickly make you feel at home. When we first arrived, they gave us recommendations on where to eat and helpful information on the attractions we wanted to see. After Ninh Binh, we were taking a sleeper bus to Sapa, and they even let us stay past check out so we wouldn’t have to carry our bags for hours. Can’t recommend this place enough!

“Perfect place to stay in Ninh Binh”
+Bonjouuur 🇫🇷 We had an amazing stay at Limestone View Homestay. ❤️ 🥰 Dzung and his wife are such welcoming hosts !! We had a big clean room with great view, we slept very well. 😴😴👍 We stayed 4 nights but we could have stayed longer if we had time, as it felt like home !! 😊 Don’t hesitate, you should definitely stay there when visiting Ninh Binh ! It is close to all interesting places to visit, and Dzung can help you organize your days to visit everything in a logically order. He gave us great tips and ideas, and help us with motorbike renting as well. The breakfast is amazing with many fruits and homemade pancakes cooked by Dzung wife. 😍 (Vietnamese breakfast also if you prefer). + great Vietnamese coffee It is located in a nice neighborhood with a quiet but animated local life ! 👍 You can walk few meters to find a street with many restaurants and convenient stores. In the evening, we always walked around the neighborhood and eat ice cream at the small store, many children and family on the streets. Ps: my parents recommended me this place in the first place when they went to Vietnam last year, and I will also definitely recommend it !! 😃 Thank you !! We are really sad to

+A fantastic location, safe and quiet. Hosts were super friendly and the breakfast everyday was delicious & super fresh fruit. Easy access to Tam Coc and all the spectacular natural attractions. Local food restaurants really good value and clean with great food. Beautiful peaceful place.

“Great location with great people.”
+Just checked out from my stay at Limestone View Homestay and all I can say is that this home is an incredible place to see Ninh Binh from. The location is excellent because it’s such a quick ride to all the major tourist attractions, but it’s secluded enough to get a break from the city. The family who owns and runs the home-stay are so kind and thoughtful. Breakfast is offered every morning upon request and all the ingredients are picked up the same morning at a local market. Our breakfast of Bun Cha was the best I’ve eaten through my stay in Vietnam. And the views! Oh my GOD the view from the rooms and the rooftop pool and the dining area are unreal. It feels like looking at a postcard, but it’s right in front of you. The room was clean, the bed was nice and firm, and the ac unit cooled the room down to about 70*F. And then to top it off, the host family greets you by name when you walk in, gives you a hand drawn map of the local sights to see and places to eat, and will help you flag down your Grab driver. My husband and I loved our stay here. We felt so welcomed from the second we stepped inside. The next time we’re in Ninh Binh, we won’t stay anywhere else, and we’ll be encour

“Enjoyable two days at a quiet, nice place close to nature”
+The location was great! Not too busy with a beautiful view and a very nice room. We loved the friendliness of our hosts, Dzung and his wife. They were always there for us and helped us with everything. The view was amazing and the homemade breakfast was a nice start of our day.

“Amazing location and even better hosts, it’s where we would stay again if we came back!”
+Amazing location and the perfect base for us to explore the area. I can’t recommend the location enough there is great views from every room. The host and his wife are incredibly kind and helped us plan and coordinate everything we wanted to do in the area. Gave great recommendations for where to eat as well. Trust them!

+We enjoyed this part of our trip so much. While we were very comfortable and well taken care of while we were there, we really enjoyed having conversations and getting to know Dzung and his family. His pride for his home, the area surrounding, and his country is evident and appreciated.
