“Caution when using the elevator”
+Location is great. The room is spacious and the bed comfy.
−Unfortunately we got stuck in the elevator and although we understand this can happen, there is no way to contact limehome over the phone. Only way to contact them is through WhatsApp. By the time they respond, we already called fire department and they helped us get out. Guests safety should be the biggest priority but in this case it didn't feel that way.

“Clean, spacious apartment. Disappointing customer service”
+The location was great, close to the city centre & loved the little cafes and bars close by. Very spacious apartment and the kitchenette was perfect. Clean and spacious, lovely balcony.
−It was advertised with WiFi. We had an email the day we arrived to tell us it wasn’t working. No further contact throughout our stay & had to incur additional network charges to be able to use internet whilst there. When I returned and informed limehome about this, they really couldn’t care less and told me I should have reported it! It was reported to me…! Could have done with an extra pillow. Had I asked I’m sure this would have been done. So ask if you are struggling. Noisy guests kept me awake well into the night. Not the property’s fault but very thin walls. Security deposit is a sneaky one. They don’t tell you you need to pay this & then demand a €200 deposit the day before you go, this came as a huge surprise and was extra cost I didn’t account for! They do transfer the day after you get back but through no fault of my own and some strange “transaction fee” I’ve lost £10 between what I paid and what was returned. I brought this up with limehome and they told me they had refunded the full amount and it was my issue. Not helpful in the slightest. Really disappointed as it was a lovely place, but these issues will make me consider whether I will book again.

+15 mins walk from the centraal station. Love the apartment, the kitchenette was well equipped- we got to cook daily, the balcony was our everyday place to sit and eat. The security deposit was refunded back in 3 days after check out.
−Unfortunately the WiFi wasn’t working during our stay and that really hampered our overall experience, despite constant attempts they weren’t able to fix it during our 3 night stay

“Prachtig appartement met alle voorzieningen, dicht bij het centrum.”
+Heel mooi, modern en netjes appartement, vlakbij het centrum en toch rustige buurt. Erg ruime badkamer. Bij aankomst stond koffie en thee klaar. Zowel badhanddoeken als een keukenpakket (handdoek, spons, wasmiddel, ...) waren aanwezig.
−De lift was geen 'gewone' lift, ook heel even in vast gezeten dus vanaf dan met de trap gegaan. Wij zaten op de bovenste verdieping en dat was wel een eindje steil omhoog. Zelf 22 weken zwanger en man had net een marathon gelopen dus dat was een beetje vervelend, maar zeker geen reden om niet meer terug te komen! Heel even moeten zoeken waar de ingang was, alle gebouwen leken nogal op elkaar.
