“The kitchen needs to be improved.”
+I chose this hotel because it’s in a good location, which made it easy for me to visit my family. They live not far from the hotel. The staff here are also very friendly.
−Everything you eat or drink there makes you sick. It was that bad. I had stomach problems, vomiting, diarrhea, and a lot of sweating. Some days, I refused to eat there because otherwise I wouldn’t have been able to do anything with my day. They really should take a closer look at what is happening in the kitchen.

“Great place yo stay”
+One of the best places I stayed in Ruanda. Staff, like Angeline, helped a lot. The room was perfect. The hotel had a gym, free to use.
−Nothing.

“Good”
+I fully agree with the comments so far. If you need an overnight stay, for example on the way from Kigali to Nyungwe, it is survivable and serves the purpose. Definitely not a place for a romantic holiday.
−Very strange are the windows from the room leading to the common atrium. It would definitely need renovation of all the furnishings, especially the bathroom.
