+I got a big room to myself with a desk and fridge when I actually had booked a dorm, which was amazing. Also one of the ladies in the reception was super sweet and helpful. There was enough showers and toilets and had simple kitchens and dining area (on the fifth floor). I would probably stay here again 😊 Oh and they let me check out very late! As no one needed the room early the next day, I got to stay until 1pm which was such a blessing for me🥰
−Bed was uncomfortable. The curtain in my room was broken so it could only be all the way down or I would need a chair to roll it all the way up. The receptionist did not come for 20 minutes when I arrived and no one picked up the phone. Also 2 of 3 of the receptionists were not super hospitable. But one was so sweet she kinda made up for the other two 😅 It could definately be cleaner, but so could most hostels 😆

“But at the same time all the staff members were very polite and willing to help.”
+Perfect location, a big room.As the room was situated on the street side, it was rather noisy during gthe night.
−The staff should have informed other tourists NOT TO LOCK all the doors for the toilet and shower room when using them. It is neither a private apartment, nor a hotel. If we stay with you, you have to think about other tenants as well.
