+Everything was exceptional. First of all, Liane is an extremely hospitable and kind person, always here to help and to give good recommendations on what to see and do in Bilbao. The apartment is perfectly clean, the room is cosy and has everything a traveler needs. The location is also very good, within a walking distance from all the Bilbao’s landmarks but at the same time in a quiet neighbourhood.

“Clean, quiet, affordable stay with kind and helpful host”
+The place is quiet, well located and spotlessly clean. Liana is a very kind, welcoming and thoughtful host. This is a home-stay, not a hotel, meaning there are a few house rules with regards to quiet hours, kitchen etc. For me, this all worked out well. I would definately recommend Liana's place for solo travellers looking for an affordable place with a personal touch.

“Very memorable. I will come again!”
+The location is very convenient, both for the old town and the Guggenheim museum. The apartment is extremely clean, has the necessary amenities, and a very beautiful wooden floor. Liane has a no street shoes policy, which I appreciate a lot. She provides disinfected house shoes for guests requiring them. Liane is an extraordinary host, extremely helpful and kind. She made my stay memorable and comfortable.

+Liane is a thoughtful host. She provides excellent information beforehand,how to get there,and during your stay. She's happy to help you make the most of your holiday. You'll be staying in her house, and the host and her cat will be there too. Liane has house rules. The Uribarri neighborhood is located in a higher part of Bilbao close to metro and busses.

“Don’t look any further, you can’t go wrong staying here!”
+Liane is a fantastic and lovely host! She immediately makes you feel at home. Very knowledgeable also about Bilbao, it’s surroundings and an excellent source for providing you with nice addresses and places to visit. Her place is very well located too: 10min from the centre, but in a very quiet area where you can come to rest too. The accommodation is spotless, even better than is some star-rated hotels. This is really a gem!!

+Die Wohnung und das Zimmer sind sehr sauber, ordentlich und ruhig. Die Unterkunft ist prima gelegen, um Bilbao zu erkunden. Du wohnst mit Liane und ihren zwei Katzen. Liane ist eine sehr zuvorkommende, kommunikative, freundliche, hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie war jederzeit gut für mich zu erreichen und hatte sehr gute, hilfreiche Tipps. Nicht "schlecht", aber im Vorfeld gut zu wissen, um sich darauf einzustellen: Liane hat für das Zusammenleben, basierend auf ihren Erfahrungen, einige Regeln erstellt, die ihren Alltag als berufstätiger Mensch erleichtern. Sie sind gut einzuhalten, vor allem wenn man einen ähnlichen Rhythmus hat wie Liane. So sollte beispielsweise nach 22 Uhr nicht mehr geduscht werden und nach Möglichkeit die Klospülung nach 23.30 Uhr nicht mehr betätigt werden. In der Küche dürfen Kühlschrank, Wasserkocher und Mikrowelle benutzt werden, der Herd aber z.B. nicht. In der Wohnung leben zwei Katzen, die aber nicht in das vermietete Zimmer kommen. Auch wenn die Wohnung sehr sauber ist, ist es für Allergiker*innen vielleicht im Vorfeld gut zu wissen.

+A destacar a Liliane que te acoge, te ayuda, te dice y cómo llegar a los sitios de la mejor manera, tiene la casa impecable, la habitación sencilla elegante y llena de detalles. Te recomendaba sitios o a los sitios que tú querías ir te decía cómo hacerlo de la mejor manera. Repetiré sin dudarlo. Gracias Liane... Soy super exigente y poner 10.a todo como habrá sido mi experiencia de buena. Muy bien comunicado con centro, con Guggenheim.
−Es de las pocas veces que no puedo poner absolutamente nada de lo que no me gustó hasta su manera de mantener la casa y las normas para mantenerla así de bien son educadas y claras
