“Perfect”
+The hotel is in a great location, close to the Gulhane tram station which is really convenient. It is also close to shops, restaurants and within walking distance of the famous Mosques. The hotel room is lovely, spacious and really comfortable, feels very homely. The staff are amazing, very kind and polite, attentive and supportive. Lale and Murat are great hosts and make you feel very welcomed and looked after. Highly recommend staying here 😊

+Central hotel, close to everything you need from restaurants, tram stops, laundry service and all. Lale was by far the best hotel staff I’ve ever come across, accommodating to a whole different degree with daily updates and instructions, always greeting us with a smile, and even walked us to a breakfast restaurant once. She truly makes the place special and heartwarming.

+The room was really clean, washroom was a good size, location is good. The hotel went above and beyond to help us by providing early check in, fixing any issues instantly, providing tools that weren't in the hotel description.
