+Location was excellent - walking distance to the dinosaur museum and reptile zoo and lolly shop! Lots of fast food options for families and a pharmacy, only 15mins from Canberra CBD.

“Just not as good as it used to be”
+Staff were very helpful and went out of their way to assist which is really appreciated and made the situation much better than it could have been.
−As background we are regular customers of LL. We have friends in the area and like to stay close. Rather than post another long review here I thought it best to write directly but received no reply so here we are again. We were disappointed by the cleanliness of the room. With its broken shelves, chewing gum on the bed and walls, blood on the top bunk bed, frozen over fridge freezer, air con with a full dirty filter, the broken toilet flush button, blocked sink. Then there was no welcome milk for the coffee, a bent spoon and not enough towels. The cleanliness of the rooms has slowly been dropping over the years we have stayed which has been really disappointing. Tried adding more photos but getting an error.

+Clean, tidy, comfortable, quiet, enjoyable, will stay again. Staff were super lovely.
−Randoms were running around yahoo'ing the first night. Not sure if they were from the complex or just walk ins from nearby? Otherwise, it was quiet :)

“Overall accommodation was fair and served our purpose.”
+Location was perfect..convenient for our family trip
−Beds were bunk beds for 2 adults and 2 children (8 single beds). All bunks were squeaky and uncomfortable.

+Close to food, playgrounds, supermarkets, attractions. The room was massive! Staff were incredible and helpful. We will happily go back
−We had to book a family room as availability was low and we couldn't get 2 rooms. So we will definitely book further in advance
