“The rating does not match reality”
+Great mattress and pillows. I was able to sleep really well.
−The hotel needs renovation. The walls are covered with yellow stains. The doors are hard to open and close. The shelf under the TV is tilted and wobbly. The floor is dirty, and the bathroom mat looks like it was brought in from the street. There are someone else's long black hairs in the comb and on the floor. The water in the carafe is of unknown freshness, and two glasses were all that was provided as amenities. There wasn’t even bottled water. The fans are covered in dust and are very noisy. The view from the window is of the windows of the neighboring hotel, which seemed more interesting and modern to me.

+Near the beach and a quiet area. Great balcony. Big room and a hard bed, which I like.
−The room was evidently in a renovation process. Some mould in the ceiling, no hot water and some more things. Still very enjoyable due to the positive statements i made here.

+The room was clean and tidy. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The price is not high. They also have motorbikes for rent for a reasonable price. I liked this hotel a lot.
