“It was perfect surprise! We had our expectations set relatively low, the reality was much, much higher!”
+Blazingly clean. Not a speck of anything anywhere.
−1 or 2 more comfortable chairs in the room would be nice. Updated photos on Booking. com would help to attract guests.

“No hot showers”
+Stay somewhere else, avoid this place
−Terrible stay. The showers are cold. It’s like a ghost hostel, there is no one there Not even a microwave

+The room was really clean and comfortable to stay in, and the hotel itself is located near a subway station, so visiting places and going on day trips was really easy for us. Having a fully equipped kitchen and a 24h supermarket located next door was also a big help. The staff was quick to reply through the chat and they were always really helpful. Whenever I met a staff member in person, they also did their best to help us immediately and always acted kindly and politely.
−Maybe it would help to have staff on-site who could receive package deliveries so guests could use luggage forwarding services such as Ta-Q-bin. Our specific issue was that we were waiting for our Japanese SIM to be delivered, but we were lucky enough to meet the deliveryman as we were leaving the hotel for the day.

“Highly recommend”
+Good value for money and rooms comfortably fit 6 of us and clean amenities. Location allowed us to explore an area outside the main city, easy access to supermarket and local restaurants and cafes
−Unable to reach staff on the number provided when there were late night disturbances but staff were responsive to messages and proactive with rectifying the issues identified

+The room was very clean.
−The bed mattress seemed old, and I could feel the springs pressing against my back, which made it uncomfortable and difficult to sleep. I could also hear the footsteps from the room above quite clearly.

“Ok for the price”
+Very good location, close to subway station and easy check-in
−Shower annoying to use, water WAY too hot even at the coldest setting. Fan for bed aeration not working and filter very dirty.
