+The hotel itself was incredible - so beautiful, very friendly attentive staff, excellent food and drinks, hammam and massage was excellent. Live music in the outdoor bar area one night was lovely.
−Unfortunately there were children at the pool for the entire duration of our stay, making it impossible to relax. The pool area is the only place to sunbathe and even in the shaded areas away from the pool the noise travelled and so there was no peace and quiet. If this hotel was adults-only it would be 10/10 the best hotel for a relaxing get away, but unfortunately I won't be returning. There is plenty of outdoor space in the grounds - another suggestion would be to create a child-friendly area away from the pool eg with another small pool where families can play without disturbing the peace.

“I’ll be booking my next solo break for next year, says how much I enjoyed it!”
+I just loved this hotel! Such a peaceful setting, and added bonus that my room location was in a small courtyard with pool. Really spacious room, super comfortable bed and linen. The swimming pool was wonderful, great for my morning lengths!The overall atmosphere of the hotel was very calm, unhurried and gracious. The staff were friendly and relaxed. The gardens were immaculately maintained. The style and aesthetic was sumptuous!
−Personally, I enjoy yoga classes… I could have arranged for 1-1 classes but I do like a hotel schedule which wasn’t available here. This is my only minor…. So I was very happy doing my own practice each morning.

“A beautiful stay that photos cannot do it justice.”
+Better than in the photos. The grounds were beautiful and we found new routes everyday. There was plenty of space for privacy and little nooks to hide and hang out. We travelled with a toddler and it was perfect, also a varied food menu and wide room service selection. The staff was lovely and very accommodating.

“Excellent - would go back”
+I would definitely return to this charming oasis. Our room or suite was absolutely gorgeous as was the whole complex.Free shuttle buses provided to nearby Marrakesh. Staff were friendly and helpful.
−The food was a disappointment and overpriced for what it was.

“Luxury Marrakesh hideaway”
+This is one of the most beautiful hotels we have stayed in. It is a pure oasis in the desert. The staff were always helpful and attentive and the facilities inc. spa and restaurants all exceeded expectations.

“Payer une chambre 400 euros Inadmissible - Réveillés à 9h malgré le panneau "Ne pas déranger”
−Séjour gâché par un manque de professionnalisme inacceptable. Nous nous sommes couchés à 5h du matin et avions pris soin de placer le panneau 'Ne pas déranger' sur notre poignée de porte. Malgré cela, la femme de ménage est entrée (ou a tambouriné) à 9h en chantant tranquillement, ignorant totalement la signalétique. C'est un manque total de respect du sommeil et de l'intimité des clients. Pour un hôtel de cette catégorie, un tel niveau d'inattention est inexcusable. Nous ne reviendrons pas."
