“Цена-качество в тандеме”
+Отель понравился. Отличное месторасположение в тихом микрорайоне в пешей доступности к центру, есть автостоянка, комфортный ,чистый номер, доброжелательный персонал.

“Reasonable hotel near the center”
+I stayed here with a friend two nights and we booked separate rooms. We enjoyed our stay and had no issues. Staff were friendly. Cabs we booked were reasonable and on time. From the hotel into the center is within a 10-minute walk. Would have no problem staying here again if back in town.

“Ok for a couple, not a family hotel.”
+The hotel is up a flight of stairs and there is no railing on the stairs so we held our 3 yr old tightly as we climbed carrying our heavy luggage. The entrance to the room was outside on a balcony catwalk and night time lighting is not good. There was restaurant that wasn't working and the lobby snacks and coffee were something you'd find on a train, not in the coffee capital of Ukraine. We paid for the business class room and booked for a family of four, but our two boys had to share a small couch and in the morning one of the boys woke up on the floor. The receptionist was very nice and helpful, the cleaning staff seemed a bit inconvenienced by our presence. The drains in the shower were clogged, the floor was soaked. Great location, close to old town and Shevchenko Square. It is up a hill so if you have health concerns, walking down is ok, but you might want to take a taxi back up. It would be a good hotel for a couple on a short getaway. Not practical for a family of 3 or more. For a little more, we could have gotten a better hotel closer to town and bigger room.
