“Double Queen Room”
+Location of the hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Tower Hill tube station where you can catch the central and district lines. Whilst waiting to check in the concierge offered a complimentary glass of prosecco, when we got to the desk the staff was highly professional and apologetic as we were advised our room want quite ready and offered a complimentary drink in the bar area whilst we waited. We were called over within 30mins to receive the keys for the room. The room itself was large, spacious and spotless.
