“Great Location, large on-site car parking”
+Great location, large car park. Very quiet location. You do hear the odd few planes overhead but not a nuisance. We have used a few times and will continue to use for visits to Liverpool
−Unfortunately the small fridge wasn't clean, and did have a slight uncomfortable smell. But not a major issue.

+Firstly its without question the nicest place we have stayed, made to feel very welcome, now the biggest part.. I suffered a stroke 2 hours before check out, the staff were very helpful and made it very easy for the ambulance service to access the room and the car park. That saved my life along with my partner and the emergency services, so a huge thank you for everything you did that morning. If anyone wants a review read this and book this place there fantastic 👏 ♥️

“Scam - Don't book this property. The room was not available when we arrived and they kept our money.”
−I am extremely unhappy with the level of service that I have received from booking.com. I booked 2 rooms with Lenox Bed and Breakfast in good faith and e-mailed the property twice to confirm arrival would be 11pm and that we would be checking out at 5am to catch our flight. We arrived at the property to a note on the door with a telephone number, We (with 3 children) stood in the cold while calling this number (after a 6 hour drive) whereby the owner came out in his slippers and had obviously be drinking and explained that he didn't know anything about our booking and could offer us 1 room with 1 double bed. There was no way 5 of us could sleep there so we had to leave and find other accommodation (also booked on booking.com). We got hardly any sleep that night and therefore I couldn't complain the next day as I was travelling. I e-mailed customer service the following day and phoned the helpline. They explained since they can't get in touch with the property they can't do anything about it. I would like the refund that I am entitled too - it's obvious that I had to book another 2 rooms late notice on your site at my expense. If I investigate on other sites - this property is well

+We had missed our flight so needed somewhere close by for the next day. Lovely quiet location 5 mins airport. The room was perfect for what we needed and even a small breakfast tray with a small continental selection and brought us fresh milk for the room..has a lovely village pub a couple of minutes walk down the road where we had some food before having a much needed early night the bed was exceptionally comfortable and would definitely stay here again.

+Loved the ease of the location as 10 mins walk to bus stop and 10min ride to the airport. It was so easy being able to get into the room with the message from the host. The room was gorgeously presented with a stocked breakfast tray waiting for us. There was everything you could need for your stay - kettle, mini fridge with milk, tea, coffee, sugar and coffee packets should you prefer that. A microwave and even a toaster! The bed was amazingly comfy and made for an even better experience! All very clean and wonderfully decorated - we loved the paintings. Thank you so much! We really enjoyed our stay and will be coming back! The only issue we had was not being able to connect to the internet, but it wasn't a big deal as we had the use of the TV.

+Staff very friendly. Easy to locate and free parking on site. Comfortable room with excellent shower. Fridge, microwave. Host also provided milk, pain au chocolat and 2 boxes of cereal. Ubers not too expensive to get into Liverpool.
−Nothing to disllike about the property itself. However, could be a little awkward if you didn’t want to drive, used ubers myself when visiting family and friends to have a drink, as I said ubers not too expensive but could possibly add up if doing it a few times. Ten minute walk to a bus stop in Hale to get bus into Liverpool but first part on a country road.
