+The host is very friendly, he allowed me to stay on the patio till evening, as I had a late night return bus. There were disposable shampoos and soap in the bathroom. The air conditioning worked smoothly. The balcony is separated from the room with a mosquito net. The guesthouse is located near the intercity bus stops in both directions.
−The ceiling is a bit low, especially for taller people (the room was on the last floor). The bathroom needs renovation, as there are leaks here and there.

“Very good”
+Very forthcoming host and eager to help in any way. Well located if you want to have a quiet stay and the beach is a 15 minute walk away. Shops close by for anything you need, as well as two restaurants right next to the guest house.
−Bathroom was not very clean.
