“Nice stay with family. Beautiful pool and garden area.”
+We had a great stay. The rooms were clean although the shower/bath could use a little love (just a bit outdated). The beds and pillows were comfortable. We had a few issues with the tv but they got worked out. The pool was lovely but would’ve been nice to have some pool towels available. Free coffee in the lobby would have been a nice touch; the coffee provided in rooms was not good. The location was great; walking distance to stores and restaurants. Walked to coffee shop every morning and got some delicious coffee. Overall, it was a nice stay. We would stay there again. :)

“I ENJOYED MY STAY BUT THE HOTEL LEFT A LOT TO BE DESIRED.”
+I LIKE THE LOCATION OF THE HOTEL. IT WAS IN CLOSE PROXIMITY OF ALL OF THE EVENTS. THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY. IF THERE WAS ANYTHING WE NEEDED, THE STAFF WAS POLITE AND TRIED TO ACCOMODATE OUR REQUESTS.
−I ASKED FOR A ADA ROOM BUT DID NOT GET IT. THERE WERE BUGS FLYING IN THE FIRST ROOM THAT WE WERE ASSIGNED TO AND WE HAD TO CALL AND REPORT IT. THERE WERE SHOE PRINTS IN THE CEILING OF THE FIRST ROOM WHERE IT LOOKS AS IF SOMEONE HAD USED THEIR SHOE TO POSSIBLY KILLED A BUG. THE BATHROOMS DID NOT HAVE ANY GRAB BARS WHICH WERE VERY MUCH NEEDED. HAD DIFFICULTY GETTING IN AND OUT OF TUB IN THE FIRST ROOM AND IN THE BATHROOM THERE WERE DEAD BUGS ON THE CEILING. WE WERE CHANGED TO A DIFFERENT ROOM WITH A SHOWER BUT THAT BATHROOM DIDN'T HAVE ANY GRAB BARS EITHER AND I HAD TO USE EXTRA CARE TO MAKE SURE THAT I DID FALL GETTING IN AND OUT OF THE SHOWER. GRAB BARS SHOULD BE IN ALL HOTEL ROOMS WHETHER THE PERSON HAS MOBILITY ISSUES OR NOT. IT'S FOR PRECAUTION TO HELP PREVENT FALLS. I DON'T THINK I WILL STAY AT THIS HOTEL AGAIN.

“Outside grounds, pool and restaurant were very nice! The rooms needed major cleaning & repair”
+We didn't have breakfast but did have cocktails and dinner and the restaurant was very good!
−The rooms needed a major cleaning and painting the walls in the bathroom were rotting and actually flaking on the flooor! The bed and pillows were good!
