+There were quite a few things I really liked about this apartment. It was stylish, very clean, and conveniently located close to the city centre. The check-in process was simple and straightforward, and the neighbourhood felt safe and peaceful. The apartment was also easily accessible by public transport, which made getting around Leipzig very convenient.
−For the price they charge for five nights, which is certainly not among the cheapest options in Leipzig, I genuinely believe they could offer a much better experience. The apartment itself was stylish, quiet, and had a very comfortable bed. However, it was also extremely dark. Even during the day, you have to keep the lights on. Opening the curtains isn't much of a solution either, as the entire neighbourhood can practically see inside. When I arrived, the apartment was freezing cold. Considering the price, I think the least they could do is turn on the heating before a guest arrives. After all, they already have staff preparing and cleaning the apartment before check-in, so turning on the heating an hour or two beforehand shouldn't be too much to ask. Unfortunately, the service and communication were equally disappointing. There was no information about house rules, no Wi-Fi password, and no proper instructions inside the apartment. I had to contact the staff to request the Wi-Fi details, and they only responded the following day. As a result, I ended up spending extra money on mobile data, almost equivalent to the cost of another night's stay. The kitchen was another issue. The a

+Super Platzangebot. Tolle Nahverkehrsanbindung. Wohnung hatte eigenen Parkplatz. Ladestationen in der Nähe. Sehr leise.
−Komplett ohne Personal. Anscheinend hat die Reinigungscrew, mit der man sich nicht auf Landessprache unterhalten konnte, selbst keine eigenen Zugangscodes zum Haus. Sie schleichen sich dann mit rein, wenn man selbst gerade raus- oder reingeht. Bedienungsanleitung o. ä. Habe ich nirgends gefunden. Design schlägt Funktionalität.Sehr lautes Induktionsfeld. Lüfter im fensterlosen Bad ohne Funktion. Es hätte aber auch die Zuführung über die Türschlitze gefehlt. Lampe über dem Esstisch war vollkommen falsch montiert. Ständig rannte man dagegen.
