“Don't book here. I would rather sleep in my car.”
+Location was close to the venue
−I booked a nonsmoking; king bed and the owner gave me a smoking 2 Queen Bedroom. He stated that nothing that a spray won't do to mask the smoke odor. Flipped over one of the pillows and a roach came from underneath the pillow. He wanted me to stay in that room and then he will move me to a nonsmoking room the next night. Refused to stay and received a full refund. I shouldn't have to pay for something that I didn't request in the first place and that roach did it for me.

−They could be less stingy with the towels. The gave us 2 small towels so one each but they were thin and small.i have very long hair and drying off my body soaked the small towel leaving nothing for my hair

“Bad”
−Room was listed at a king room. Had a double bed, when we asked the staff about it they said all their rooms were doubles, despite assuring us it was king at check in. The floors were dirty, both of our feet were black before we even got in bed. The shower was also dirty. The TV didn't work so we had no in room entertainment. We could connect to Wi-Fi but couldn't even load Google.

“Terrible, would not recommend, unsafe.”
+nothing.
−We did not even stay at this location after arriving. We walked into the room and immediately decided that is was unclean and unsafe. There were other patrons outside using drugs right outside our room when we walked in. There were stains all over the bed and it looked as it the bedding had not even been washed. The lamp and mirror had graffiti and writing all over it. The bathroom and shower was brown and looked as if it hadn’t been cleaned. The room smelled of old cigarettes but was supposed to be a non smoking room. We left within five minutes and told the owner of our concerns and he refused a refund stating “we used his bed” which was not true.

+Great little motel for the area my husbands place of work was at. Price was great. Parking was decent.
−Room could use a good deep cleaning. Housekeeping didn’t come daily but we kept up after ourselves and changed our trash out when we found the dumpster.
