+Hosts were lovely and very helpful with local info and finding us some availability in a restaurant as we’d left booking anything too late.

+Very tastefully decorated house and using the special china at the hearty breakfast was wonderful. It was convenient to all activities in Lynton and Lynmouth and the walks in the area. Host, Gregg, gave great advice on visiting the sights a drive away.
−Nothing, loved it.

“A fabulous weekend break that enabled us to truly relax and enjoy our surroundings.”
+Excellent location and one of the few guest houses in the area with private parking. Breakfasts excellent. Room and facilities excellent and the attentiveness of the owners, Gregg and Jacqui was wonderful. They were very knowledgable and helpful in suggesting and navigating the things to do and see in the area. A very enjoyable and relaxing stay at a first class guest house.
−There really is nothing more that the owners need to do.

+Went for an anniversary break to Lee House at short notice but Gregg and Jacqui made it very special for us. The personal touches were really lovely at Lee House with chilled water being available as it was so hot and also cold milk for a cuppa in the room if we wanted. The room itself was very clean and spacious. Breakfast was really tasty with lots of options too. Definitely would visit again. Parking was available at the back which was a bonus! It's was a fabulous few days in Lynton.
