−On the day of check-in, my wife and kids arrived around 30 minutes after the official check-in time and were simply told that our room was not ready because the previous guest had checked out late. There was no meaningful apology, no attempt to offer a solution and very much an attitude of “you just have to wait”. That “wait” ended up being around an hour after the official check-in time, bearing in mind she was with two small kids who were exhausted after a three-hour drive to get there. That same lack of ownership or accountability was compounded by the breakfast arrangements for my 77-year-old mother-in-law. She had to leave the hotel at 3:30 a.m. for a 7 a.m. flight, so both prior to and after booking I had confirmed in writing that they would prepare a packed breakfast she could take with her: “No problem sir, we do this all the time. She will absolutely have one waiting for her.” At check-in, my wife then reconfirmed that a breakfast box would be prepared for her. She explained exactly why it was important and was reassured yet again that this would be no problem, that they regularly provide breakfast boxes, and that she simply needed to come to reception before leaving. +Service was incredible, staff were amazing and highly professional. Often went above and beyond to help us book right activities. Breakfast was different varieties every day and the lunch and dinner menu was amazing. Compliment to the chefs really the are high caliber of cooks and that is an understatement. We had almost different lunch and dinner for the course of four nights. Not a single meal was disappointing. I found the reception team highly credible and excellent service being provided by them. Can't spell their names and don't want to get it wrong but kudos to all of them. There was also a gentleman who took us to beach and ATMs....He was a standout gentleman!!! My hat goes off to him. I do remember Ali, our transfer driving to and from airport to hotel and vice versa (professional and down to earth). Highly recommend and will stay again and again.
−My Mrs found couple of dirt in the bathroom (I believe she went looking) but it was quickly addressed by the cleaning lady the next morning. Appreciated 👏

+Отзывчивый персонал. Для маленького отеля были хорошие завтраки. Мы искали отель именно в этом районе, поэтому расположение для нас было очень удобно. Можно прогуляться к водопаду через парк, посидеть в тени деревьев или попить чаю в кафе, наслаждаясь прохладой реки. Бесплатный трансфер к пляжу. Пляж удобный и чистый.
−Возможно это был конец сезона и в здании уже были какие-то проблемы с канализацией, но периодически в номере появлялся запах канализации, как в ванной комнате так и с раковины кухни. Ещё ширина кровати для нас была маловата. Меньше полутора метра для двоих, не очень мелких 😄, не хватило. Матрас удобный, но ширина...

−Aamiainen oli heikko, oli lähes samanlainen joka päivä, kananmunat täysin raakoja, mehut oli valmistettu jostain älyttömän pahasta tiivisteestä ja niitä tarjottiin kertakäyttökupeista. Lentokoneet nousi ja laski hotellin päältä minuutin välein, joka häiritsi lomailua ja huoneiden äänieristykset olivat niin kuin olisi ulkona nukkunut. Kaikki äänet varsinkin ulkoa kuului huoneeseen. Siivoojat haisivat pahalle hielle, joka jäi heidän käyntinsä jälkeen leijaillemaan huoneeseen pitkäksi ajaksi. Sviiteissä oli keittiö, mutta kaikki keittiövälineet puuttui, joten ei voinut itse valmistaa mitään ruokaa. Hotellin uima-allas oli todella pieni (kuvissa näytti isommalta), samoin altaan ympärillä oleva auringonotto alue. Aurinko paistoi siihen ahtaaseen sokkeloon todella huonosti, aina oli jokin kulman tai rakennuksen takana. Lisäpeitto kaapissa oli paskainen, siinä oli kusenkeltaisia läikkiä, yök.

“Les prix sont abordables”
+L’hôtel est bien situé proches des restaurants, parc etc.. nous étions en pension complète, les repas excellent
−Je n’ai pas du tout apprécié la navette entre hôtel et la plage , trop de monde , pas de climatisation Le chauffeur est tres désagréable
