“Fantastic stay, tranquil and the most beautiful beach in Thailand”
+Gorgeous grounds, lovely room, super clean and beautiful gardens. The beach is breathtaking, this is our 5th visit to Thailand and this beach is possibly the most beautiful one. The food at “O” the Italian restaurant was fantastic and the breakfast were fantastic.
−Two minor things that could be improved : the Thai food supplied by the restaurants breeze and the buzz cafe were not the best. The other thing is it wasn’t clear to us that the shuttle boat takes you back to the main land, and not the pier on Koh Samet. The pier in Ban Phe is called the Ao Prao Pier which confused us (assumed that was the pier on Ao Prao beach), meaning we ended up buying tickets for boats we didn’t actually need, and when we missed our boat due to a delayed flight communication with the hotel about a private boat, they said from Ao Prao Pier and didn’t specify this was on the main land. I may have misunderstood but I think clear communication about the shuttle boat being from the main land would help future guests avoid confusion and spending money they don’t need to.

“A nice hotel with a lovely pool and good location but missed the mark on service which is so good everywhere else we’ve”
+Great location on the beach on the quieter side of the island but less than a 10 min 200BHT tuk tuk ride over to the town. A nice cocktail bar next door and a fabulous restaurant Buzz Coco Club where we had our best meals of the trip. Authentic Thai style tropical resort with a lovely pool, nice spacious rooms, comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The porters were excellent and friendly helping with luggage on arrival and departure.
−We were underwhelmed by breakfast, both the food and the service were average.

“Special Place!”
+What a special place! Just lovely and empty during the rainy season! I would gladly come back. We never left this cove the whole time we were here. Good food. Excellent room. Superior spa. Nice, nice pool!

“Ultimate beachside relaxation”
+Gorgeous beach, great pool, excellent spa, delicious breakfast (as well as all other meals in the restaurants, and superb, friendly service. Just wonderful.
−Would have been even better without small children in the pool, ie as an adults only resort.
