“Exceptional accommodation 5 stars.”
+The location was fantastic, next to the tram stop, leaving every 7mins. Less than 10 minutes to the centre. The area has good restaurants and great cafes,(2min walk). The hosts Sara and her mother couldn't be nicer, they accommodated us for an earlier than planned arrival, Sara gave us great advise on restaurants and tours. The room was immaculate and the kitchen was stocked with yougarts, coffee and fruit. I have to give 5 stars. We will definitely be returning here.

“A very nice experience on our first (but not last) visit to Florence; a most beautiful city.”
+The guest house is a short tram ride from the city centre. Trams are frequent ,cheap and run from early morning until after midnight .The bedroom, bedding, bathroom and towels were very clean. The shared kitchen was very clean, modern and well-supplied. Our hosts were kind and helpful. We would definitely book ‘Le Tre Orchidee’ again.
−I cannot think of anything lacking or frustrating with regard to our accommodation. It’s location is 50m from Dalmazia tram stop within a self-contained locale. There are shops, cafes and eating places in the immediate area which even boasts its own cinema.

“Great family run guest house , very comfortable, good location if you want to visit everything in Florence”
+Great family run guest house , they are very very friendly and helpful ..we arrived in pouring rain and the hosts dad was kind enough to transport us and our luggage from the car park so we didn’t get wet !!! very clean and comfortable rooms .Tram into the city and all of the main attractions right outside the door . Nice local places to eat in the evening if you don’t want to to be directly in the middle of Florence city . We stayed with our little dog and enjoyed our stay very much .Would come back here again .

+Las anfitrionas muy atentas,lugar acogedor y limpio. Nos ofrecieron café ,frutas,yogurt por la mañana. Muy cerca para tomar transporte y esta cerca el centro historico.

+Les hôtes sont très agréables et l'établissement est très propre Un espace cuisine partagée pratique Il est vrai que l'emplacement est top car le tramway est au pied de l'immeuble à 10mn de trajet pour la gare et de centre de Florence mais c'est aussi le point noir
−C'est le seul mais malheureusement le côté pratique du tramway en est aussi l'inconvénient. La 1ère nuit nous avions la chambre donnant sur la rue et avec un passage toutes les 10mn (jusqu'à 2h du matin le week-end) et reprise dès 5h + le bruit de la circulation, tout simplement impossible de dormir. L'ayant signalé les hôtes ont pu nous changer de chambre, merci beaucoup à eux, mais l'insonorisation générale n'est pas au rendez-vous

+Hospedagem com localização que favorece a locomoção para os principais pontos turísticos. O metrô fica ao lado. As instalações são excelentes! Dispõe ate de máquina de lavar roupa e com os produtos necessários. A cozinha compartilhada toda equipada, limpa e com várias cortesias para café da manhã, frutas,bebidas e iogurtes.

+La recepción de sus dueñas, la atención, la Habitación hermosa, grande. Impecable. Inmejorable ubicación con un tren en la puerta que demora 10 minutos en llegar al centro histórico. Ofrecen uso de la cocina con frutas yogurth y cafezzzes como estar en casa
