+Amazing location the highest point of this place. It was decent for a couple of nights and quite spacious room.
−The AC was the biggest issue. It worked, but at night, oh boy, the heat...what a was torture. I spoke to the lady on WhatsApp. She was kind and explained how everything worked in case I was doing something wrong. However, I still couldn't sleep because the AC was too far from the bed, and once you lay down, the cool air simply didn't reach you. I asked if they had a spare fan so I could sleep comfortably, but unfortunately, they didn't. I ended up having to buy a small fan with my own money. **If you're sensitive to heat, I would skip this place.** The other thing worth mentioning is accessibility. If you're in reasonably good shape, climbing an extra flight of stairs to reach the elevator shouldn't be a problem. However, if you have any mobility issues, I would avoid this place. The elevator is also definitely not suitable for claustrophobic people. It's extremely narrow, and two people can barely fit inside. I went up alone with the luggage because my partner didn't even dare to get in. Personally, the elevator wasn't a problem for me, but I can absolutely understand why some people would freak out.

−The bathroom is a bit tiny- especially the shower. The real problem for me was the fact that there was a switch in the electric panel that was twitching the whole night. If you're a light sleeper that constant noise is a nightmare. I did tell the staff before leaving the room but got no reply- which is a huge sign of poor customer care. I

“Bad experience”

−The room was no natural light. Only from two really small windows at the roof. A huge boiler was inside the apartment and was constantly making a lot of noise, during the night as well. We inform many times the woman she was managing the rooms but she say replying really slow or not at all. When she finally replies it was our last day and she said that she check it and everything is fine. Of corse the noise was non stop and constantly there so she didn't check. Also something that I didn't like personally is that the room has some storage spaces that wasn't locked and I thought that is extra storage space for us and when I opened it was storage space from the whole apartment with Christmas trees, random stuff, a fan and many more. We tried to be all day outside in order not to be at the room. Also at the booking most of the pictures are from the other rooms and has only a few from our room that was at the rooftop will small windows, no air, sort ceilling, and a huge boiler making non stop noise. So please upload more pictures of the room as well ! I have many videos that I can share.

“Absolutely Horrendous Experience! Filthy Rooms, Blood-Stained Sheets, Insects and Unacceptable Management!”

−One of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had. I booked La Tre Lune Suites in Florence for three nights, and the experience was absolutely appalling from beginning to end. First, upon arrival, I discovered BLOOD on the bedsheets! Shockingly, the sheets were not replaced until the following morning. This alone should tell you something about the hygiene standards of this property. Unfortunately, things only got worse. The room was dirty, poorly maintained and lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no shampoo, no proper toiletries apart from soap, not even drinking glasses! The hairdryer did not work either. Housekeeping was equally shocking. I witnessed the cleaning staff simply wiping the floor with a dry cloth rather than properly washing it, while wearing outdoor shoes inside the room. It is difficult to understand how this could be considered adequate cleaning in tourist accommodation. Then came the insects. I discovered ants inside the room and immediately informed management, requesting a refund for my final night. They refused. +Location was amazing. Everything we wanted to see and do was under a 20 minute walk. 10 minute walk to the train station. The space was very quiet, even when there was noise on the street. Although I did not meet our host, she was very responsive and pleasant when engaging through texts. Checking in and out was a breeze. Value was appropriate for the price. There was a hair dryer and an electric tea kettle in the room. Both of which came in handy since my hair dryer wasn’t working and I started with a sore throat towards the end of our stay.
−Although the room was cleaned everyday (trash changed, bed made up, floors cleaned) more attention could be paid to basic dusting. There was dust built up on the towel warmer/hanger, sill, and light fixtures. Easy fix though!

“Stunning value. A must stay.”
+If this was a hotel room, you would pay €750 per night. The room with the balcony is a must stay. Stunning location with amazing space and light coming into the room. Central to everything in Florence.
−The shower could have been bigger, but this is not a reason to pass on this accommodation.

−The dark entrance hallway of building, the bed made creeky sounds. There was rubbish under the bed. The bathroom shower curtain was short, stained at the bottom. Not worth the money. It was also so noisy you can hear people outside on the streets and also other occupants nearby.
