“Perfect for relaxing”

“Excellent quality accommodation overlooking lake Lugano”
+Excellent quality accommodation overlooking lake Lugano. Very comfortable rooms, super quiet and soundproofed, very safe, very clean, lots of facilities, excellent wifi, superb breakfast (& coffee!) and above all excellent hosts. They are always incredibly helpful , kind and we always enjoy our stays with them, many thanks as always! (Apologies for late review! Overlooked whilst travelling 😊)

“Superb”
+the room has air conditioning, which is a surprise to us. The host is helping, and breakfast is good. The restaurant is just next to the lake, a very comfortable environment. The room is clean.

“Would never stay again”
+Breakfast was highlight, despite the numerous attention from birds throughout duration of eating which I appreciate the property has no control over.
−At first impression room looked great and good size,then saw that TV didn't work, wifi barely worked for even text based websites, staff didn't know how the sauna or hot tub could be operated. Cobwebs in numerous corners and dust on floor, fridge in room terrible and fell forwards when trying to cool liquids and essentially unusable. Turning on one set of lights led to constant blinking and could not be used. No attention to detail for the price. Also advertised as mountain view...this was an exaggeration, from one window can just see it above other houses.

“Funky apartment, beautiful location, and very warm hospitality.”
+Very luxurious studio apartment with funky coloured lighting and tiles. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. Their hospitality was exceptional. The balcony view of the lake is so beautiful. It is the perfect spot, as the walking path along the lake starts here. Perfect for a relaxing stroll in the evening. We were so impressed that the staff at the restaurant were like one big family, working hard together.
−A little difficult to locate. Instructions should be given, prior to arriving, to go to the restaurant below including it’s name (as it is connected with the accommodation). However, once we were there, we were welcomed with true hospitality. We were lucky to get a public parking spot across the road but it can be very tricky to find.

“Exceptional”
+The room was very well equipped, very spacious, everything is new. All rooms are completely differently decorated, but all of them have jacuzzi and a large shower that can be turned into a hammam. Check in/out is done at the restaurant downstairs, staff are super friendly and offer you water and coffee/tea. The location is great, right on the lake. The room doesn’t have a kitchen, but has a teapot with a selection of teas and instant coffee. They also gave us vouchers for 10% discount for the bakery nearby. I was pleasantly surprised by this place. I was there during the Easter and they even put a box of pastries as a present in the room.

−very expensive they are not in the pensión you must work over the restaurante we left the hotel at 9 am because we have the fly and nobody was there until 10 we left the key in the neighbour we call them to let they know we’re we left the key and they told me the don’t receive the money from booking so I must give them the numbers .dale expire and security code of my credit card something that it’s completely non regular they say credit card doesn’t work tomorrow I will transfer them via bank transference
