“Convenient location, but would pass to be closer to city center and more quiet neighborhood.”
+The location was very convenient, a 5 minute walk to the closest train station (which also is connected to most main sites). Right next to good coffee/asian food (if you need your fix). Facilities were fine, make sure you bring your own shampoo and body wash!
−The check-in process was not great - we were given little direction on the phone and was just given codes that we did not know how to use. The neighborhood, lively but also extremely loud in the night. We did not get a good night sleep throughout the 3 days we stayed.

−The hotel is close to Termini Station, but it is located in an inaccessible and dirty area. The directions are complicated,like a maze. The room itself is decent; it might be suitable for a short stay of just a few hours, but the price is still relatively high for what you get.

“Nice area, can be noisy.”
+In a nice enough area, not too far from the centre.
−Walls are definitely not sound proof, as the couple next door let us know for roughly 4-6 hours of extremely loud talking, laughing, Tv and “Other activities” each night.

+My partner and I loved this space. It was comfortable, spacious and had everything we required. The fridge was a bonus and was convenient location. We loved our time here. A quick 20 min walk to Colosseum was fantastic. Market shops around area which is convenient.
−We were woken up at 4:30 am by the aircon leaking over us (it is located above the bed head). We turned off immediately but it continued to leak disrupting our sleep. Completely aware this was out of control of staff. We informed straight away. But this is where the communication was very poor. They told us they were going to have someone come look at it during the day, no communication after that, aircon continued to leak on us during the following night. The room became very hot and we felt disappointed as we thoroughly enjoyed our time here but felt the communication during this was lacking. Besides this concern, we did love this place and were comfortable regardless. The cleaner was a lovely lady.

“Continent and good value for money”
+Very good location, close to the Roma termini. Very clean
−We did not realise it was a self check in and that we could use the codes to access the building ourselves. The hairdryer didn’t work and there is a panic button in the shower which is very easy to trigger by accident.

“Excellent apartment, shame about the local area.”
+The breakfast room was nice and clean, and well set out. Generally everything was very good inside the apartment block. Bright, airy, and comfortable. Very convenient for the railway station, and most of the sites.
−The area around the apartment was a bit drab, and covered in Graffiti, with rubbish piles in the street. The only thing we passed comment on within the apartment was there weren't any breakfast bowls.

“Estadia maravilhosa, muito obrigado pelo cuidado e atenção. Recomendado !!!”
+A acomodação é próxima à estação Termini. O quarto estava muito bem cuidado e limpo, e fomos muito bem recebidos pela funcionária que estava responsável pelo check-in. Acomodação excelente, aconchegante, com espaço suficiente para duas pessoas. O Banheiro também estava bem cuidado. Boa Iluminação. Houve organização das camas e toalhas durante os dias de nossa estadia, o que foi apreciado.
−O prédio é um pouco antigo, por mais que aparentemente bem cuidado. Foi um pouco difícil encontrar a entrada, e entender o sistema de senhas quando chegamos pela primeira vez. Nada que não tenha sido explicado. Não está necessariamente perto de nenhum ponto turístico. É preciso fazer uma caminhada ou se deslocar de alguma outra forma para a maior parte dos pontos principais na cidade.
