+Entrance to the hotel is through a filthy corridor, then an unkept Garden area which is in need of repair and cleaning. The reception stuff is rude as well as uniform in series in need of dry cleaning, the presentation does not be fit a four star hotel. The room has got scuffs and scratches on every single wall, management should inspect the condition of the rooms on a more regular basis. Unless this issues are addressed, I would not recommend anyone to stay there considering the rate that they charge for hotel which would not in my opinion be above two stars. I travel extensively through the year and it would be one of the worst condition Hotels I’ve ever seen

+The staff was very polite and helpful. We had a couple of unusual requests and they went out of their way to help us. They made us feel welcomed.

+We enjoyed staying at this property and really liked our room and the staff. We had everything we needed with an extra bed for our daughter, and the kitchenette was wonderful. Nice to have an extra sink and the refrigerator. The exterior of the property before you walk into the main entrance needs a lot of cleaning and updating. It didn't look like anyone had made any effort to make it look nice for guests, but the interior was very nice.

+Lovely staff, well equipped room. Nice to have the option of specific housekeeping - we just wanted the bins emptied but didn't want to waste towels etc. Very quiet room too, even though it was on the ground floor. We had concerns about the basement nightclub a few floors below but you would never know it was there! Would definitely stay again. Location was fantastic.
