“Great location. Charming property. Exceptional staff.”
+I loved this property. Lovely room and we had a great view of the bay. The young man running the place was working so hard as they seemed short staffed. He may well be back at Uni in Budva by now. He was so responsive and responsible to our messing up the air con etc. Deserves a medal. Would recommend.

“Overall everything was great and we liked our staying at Le Petit Chateau”
+Cozy hotel with neat rooms in it. Room was spacious with everything that you might need: iron, electric kettle, towels, shampoo, comfortable slippers, etc. We also had a cleaning service every day. We were especially impressed by how well the windows blocked out noise. When they were closed, we felt completely separated from the outside world. There was also an adorable view from the balcony, which was equipped with tables and chairs. The room had AC, which was a blessing during the hot summer days. Breakfast was included. It was fine, not perfect, but better than nothing.
−The welcome service was a bit awkward. We informed the hotel that we would be arriving early, and they told us that it would be fine. However, when we arrived, nobody was at the reception desk, and we had to wait until someone came to assist us. For people who don't need a visa to enter Montenegro, it is still required to pay a tourist tax per day. When we asked the staff what we were supposed to do about it, they didn't seem to know the procedure. One of the managers started discussing who was responsible for this. By law, it is the hotel's responsibility to register guests with the tourist office; otherwise, they can be fined. Eventually, we had to do it ourselves, and we also had to find out the required information for the registration on our own. It would have been great if the hotel could at least have given us some directions on what to do and what information we needed to provide at the tourist office if they didn't want to handle the registration themselves. In the end, we were assisted by a very pleasant guy who worked there , not a manager. Polako in a nutshell.

−The photos show delicious breakfasts on the pretty balcony, but there's no breakfast. For breakfast you go across the road to a cafe and eat fried stuff: it's OK but they shouldn't show smoothies and delicious pastries to advertise the b&b here. The accommodation is ok, but beds are uncomfortable and staff are grumpy. (Wifi is weak in case you need to know that).

−Pokoje nie są wyciszone, więc słychać to, co dzieje się na klatce schodowej i w innych pokojach oraz na zewnątrz pomimo zamkniętych okien.

+Bardzo fajny apartament przy samej promenadzie,z balkonu piękne widoki na plażę i góry. Na dole budynku bar,obok restauracje z pysznym jedzeniem ,dla każdego coś dobrego. Do plaży 100 metrów. Pyszne śniadanie w restauracji na samej plaży. Apartament czysty,przez 5 dni jak byliśmy codziennie sprzątany i nowe ręczniki.😘 W pokoju klima,lodówka i dostępne Wi-fi. Z całego serca polecam.

−Kein Personal zu sehen gewesen, Zutritt zum Haus war nicht möglich da kein Personal anwesend war und auch keinerlei Information wo mann einen Schlüssel bekommen bzw. wo das Frühstück einzunehmen war. Frühstück konnte dann im Strandkaffee eingenommen werden, da musste man sich durchfragen.

“Dobry hotelik w klimatycznej aranżacji!”
+Bardzo dobry hotelik przy samej promenadzie z widokiem na morze. Klimatycznie urządzony. Do plaży bardzo blisko. Miła i pomocna obsługa. Świetna lokalizacja. Dużo kawiarń i restauracji. Pokój czysty, codziennie sprzątany. Polecam!
−Śniadania serwowane w restauracji przy plaży, a nie w hotelu. Mało urozmaicone. Długi czas oczekiwania. Serwowane dopiero od 8.00.

+Der Mitarbeiter Sicherheit und Putzfrau waren super freundlich. Der Hafen befindet sich direkt vor die Tür so wie schöne Centrum.
−Personal in der Riva sind sehr unfreundlich. Auf dem Strand auch. Die Küche in hotel funktioniert leider nicht und müssen wir woanders essen u d früschtucken.
