“Extremely conveniently located (250 EGP by uber to Tahrir Square) great value for the money”
+Luxurious, can get food almost any time of the day, clean, generous with amenities, excellent variety in breakfast and dinner menu, and within a 15 minute ride to/from the airport
−There was a faint whiff of cigarette smoke in the room, and the bath floors are a little slippery

“Fabulous”
+We had an excellent stay and found the location very convenient for the airport. We really appreciated being given a room upgrade and a late checkout, especially as our flight wasn’t until 5:30 pm. Both breakfast and dinner were buffet-style, with plenty of variety and lots to choose from. The staff were lovely and extremely helpful. A special mention to the staff member at the tour desk, who quickly arranged a driver for us to visit the National Museum of Civilisation on our final morning before heading to the airport. As well as, the concierge who organised to keep our large luggage bags at the hotel whilst we visited Luxor for a few days. The facilities were excellent, the service was warm and attentive, and we would definitely stay here again.
−We had to pay for extra water.

“Perfect airport stopover”
+Perfect location for an overnight stop if you have an early flight. The free shuttle bus will pick up and drop off from the terminals The rooms are lovely and comfortable and well soundproofed. We didn't go to the restaurants or bars because we weren't there long but they looked great. Also can't comment on other facilities. Would definitely stay again.

“Good location”
+Comfy bed, great location, swimming pool, the lobby area. Good aircon. Lobby staff were nice.
−The staff in the butler lounge, you'd have thought the soft drinks were coming out of her wages! Very grumpy and you can only have 2 cans of pop during happy hour! Compares badly against the hilton. Plus there was never anyone in the butler office and I'm not really sure at all what the butler service was? Certainly we didn't see any? Then the sauna and steam room, you have to pay extra to use them! Usually at hotels they're free for guests. There were dust bunnies in our room.

“Not a 5 star hotel!”
+We liked that it was close to the airport and provided a free shuttle.
−The room was very dated with marks on carpets and old doors. Didn’t appear anything like a 5 star hotel, more like 3. We had a long queue to check in and staff allowed people to push to the front when they complained. Key cards to both rooms stopped working. Food was ok but nothing amazing.

“Eénmalig en nooit meer”

“mala”
